• juergen (5/5): - Der Azur Premium Komplex ist geprägt von einer sehr schönen Gartenanlage mit zwei Aussenpools, einem gut gestalteten kostenpflichtigen Spa Bereich,den wir bei schlechtem Wetter gerne genutzt haben.Die Wohnfläche ist gut aufgeteilt mit nutzbarem Balkon und Blick auf den Parkplatz und benachbarte Wohnanlagen. Leider entspricht die Ausstattung größtenteils nicht der eines Luxusapartments. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer ist sehr unkomfortabel! Keine Nachttischbeleuchtung ,dadurch ist lesen im Bett nicht möglich. Zwar ist ein Fernsehgerät im Schlafzimmer vorhanden,es wurde aber zunächst nicht kommuniziert,wie es bedient wird. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr ist bunt zusammengestellt. Herd,Dunstabzughaube, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine scheinbar noch nie gereinigt. Klodeckelhalterung ausgebrochen usw. Der Wohnung fehlt es an sorgsamer Pflege und Reinigung.

• alexander (9/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Lage war auch gut. Wir hatten kontaktlosen Check in und Out. Das hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir dürften eine Stunde länger ohne was dazu bezahlen bleiben. Ausstattung war ganz gut für 2 Leute. Uns hat nur eine Mikrowelle gefehlt.

• Chebotaeva (10/5): - Мы были с 25 по 28 декабря, поэтому отель был полупустой, было тихо и спокойно, на рецепшине никого не было. Номер чистый, красивый и уютный, обеспечен всей необходимой техникой и посудой, много полотенец, большой телевизор с выходом в интернет. Красивый вид из окна на внутренний зелёный двор, есть балкон. Рядом с отелем работает кофейня, кондитерская, магазин с фруктами и овощами, супермаркет, есть небольшая детская площадка. До моря идти примерно15 минут. Мы очень хорошо отдохнули.

• Bianca (5/5): Wir werden nicht wieder kommen. - Gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool. Nachbarschaft ist auch sehr angenehm und es gibt alles, was man braucht direkt um die Ecke. In unserem Zimmer wurde davor geraucht. Es stank sehr stark nach altem Rauch. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Dreck in den Schubladen, Ecken usw. Man müsste definitiv gründlicher Reinigen. Es gab auch keine Mülltüten, Küchenrolle oder ein paar Spülmaschinentabs. Luxury Apartements sind es definitiv nicht und der Preis leider viel zu hoch.

• Silvia (10/5): 'Luxe, calme et volupté" - Linistea si confortul oferit atat in timpul zilei cat mai ales noaptea a fost exact ceea ce aveam nevoie! Un loc in care te poti reface usor dupa un an de munca intr-un ritm sustinut (izolare fonica si termica foarte bune). Chiar daca toate apartamentele erau ocupate, multe dintre ele de familii cu copii mici sau foarte mici, a fost foarte multa liniste. Complexul este pozitionat in zona dezvoltata a statiunii. Drumul spre plaja este pitoresc, fara sa ajungi acolo toropit de soare. Intreaga statiune este protejata de vegetatie care completeaza si valorifica de fiecare data arhitectura. In curtea interioara a resortului sunt aranjate specii de plante exotice care ofera un aer proaspat si luxuriant. Din punct de vedere peisagistic este o placere sa privesti aproape fiecare coltisor. Piscinele sunt desigur, un mare plus. Personalul este atat de discret, incat ai senzatia ca locuiesti in propriul apartament. O experienta reconfortanta si revigoranta pentru persoanele care cauta pacea, linistea, meditatia si introspectia. Felicitari si mult succes in continuare proprietarilor!

• Lydia (9/5): - Die Lage und der Pool sind toll. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Apartment war leider nicht sauber. Am Abend kam dann aber noch jemand vorbei und hat die Mängel behoben.

Все грязное, подушки и одеяла в пятнах. В шкафах на кухне крошки от еды, не от одного посетителя точно. Запах сигарет в квартире. В общем я брезгливая и мне было неприятно до рвоты, там находится.

• Chilov (6/5): - The pools and spa of the complex. Although the pools have way to few sunbeds and you are literally half a meter away from other people when you lay down to relax. The cleanliness of the apartament. There ware two mops available for cleaning one was torn and non functional the other one was dirty and full of sand from previous ocupants. The bucket of the mop was also not washed well and full of sand. The shower drain was clogged and I had to take it out myself and fully clean somebody's disgusting hair balls and grime which was definately not cleaned for at least an year. Also the remotea for tv and AC were out of batteries. If they improve the cleaning company and the upkeep the apartment will definately be more worth it.

• Alexandrina (10/5): Clean apartment in a quiet area - The apartment was clean, air conditioning in every room , the communication with the host was good, check-in/check-out easy with very good instructions. -
• Oktay (10/5): Excellent. - Good facilities nearby The room was good but a little bit dust everywhere. That is the only point. Overall it was good but they should clean the appartement more often.

• Lora (7/5): We enjoyed your stay however we wouldn’t repeat it. - The apartment was comfortable, the pools were very nice. The facilities around the complex were suiting our needs. The location. The complex is not even close to the beach and the announcement is miss leading. It is written Next to the Beach which is not correct. A clean of the apartment in the middle of the stay would be needed. Change of the towels would be good as well. Part of the plates and bowls were plastic and this didn’t give us the best feeling of a luxury apartment.
