• Cosmetics B.V. (3/5): Tegenvaller - Het uitzicht over het meer is prachtig en het appartement is ruim en schoon. Om bij het appartement te komen moet je eerst door een verouderd trappenhuis. Direct onder het appartement wonen drugsverslaafden die de hele dag door wiet roken. Deze lucht trekt naar boven waardoor het in het appartement de hele dag naar wiet ruikt. Ook op het dakterras (dat vol staat met onkruid) kun je door de geur niet zitten. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is ver te zoeken. Voor 3 nachten hebben we bijna € 2.500,00 betaald. Veel te veel geld voor een naar wiet stinkend appartement in een verouderd gebouw in een dorp waar niets te doen is in de maand oktober!

• najwa (1/5): - Location, view The apartment had a good location and a nice view, which we appreciated. However, unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable at all, especially considering that I had clearly mentioned before booking that we were traveling with elderly family members and a wheelchair. Despite this, the booking was accepted without warning us about the serious accessibility issues. The stairs leading to the apartment were extremely difficult – spiral, narrow, and with half steps that made it very unsafe and uncomfortable for elderly people. The apartment itself was on two floors, with even more difficult stairs inside. Even in the living room and kitchen area, there was a step that caused my mother, and even myself, to almost fall several times. This made the stay unsafe for everyone, not only the elderly. Another problem was with the windows: whenever we opened them, insects and mosquitoes came inside, making it very uncomfortable to sleep at night. The biggest disappointment was the air conditioning. It was advertised as if the apartment had proper AC, but in reality, there was only a small portable unit that did not cool the place at all. We had to rely on fans, which were very noisy and made it impossible to sleep comfortably. Overall, the stay was extremely uncomfortable and stressful for the whole family. When I asked the host to cancel due to these serious issues, he refused. Only after much pressure did he agree to return half of the amount, which was still a very high price to pay for such an unpleasant experience. We had no choice but to stay, but it was not enjoyable at all. One of the bath room had a window no privacy. To summarize: while the location and the view were nice, the apartment is not suitable for elderly people, families with children, or anyone expecting basic comfort and safety. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to others.
