Very comfy bed - recommend for a beach stay! - The location is smack bang in the centre of Palm Beach so you have restaurants and cafes right at your door step and the beach behind you (no having to cross the highway which is great). Just a few minor improvements: a full‑length mirror in the master bedroom would be useful, a blind on the kitchen window would help with heat and some fly spray would be handy as a few got inside.

• Shayne (10/5): Perfectly located family and pet friendly apartment. - Extremely well located in the heart of Palm Beach. A minute from the beach with a wide variety of cafes, restaurants and a Coles close by. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were super comfy The unit itself was very clean and it was wonderful to be able to bring our fur baby, who very much enjoyed her first swim at the dog friendly beech a short walk away.

• Chantelq (9/5): Great mid-week stay - The unit was perfectly located in Palm Beach with so many amenities, shops and eateries very close. We were able to bring our two small dogs and the unit was very comfortable. Beautiful sunrises. Nice marble features, the big couch and king sized bed were very comfortable. We were late checking in waiting for cleaning to finish but it was all sorted and nobodies fault.

• Wendy (7/5): Lovely 4 star apartment. Comfortable and central but over priced. - Location was great for beach and facilities, restaurants and access both North and South. Great communication from owner. Building was spotless and smelt lovely. Brilliant being able to bring our dog. and even a pee patch was provided on the balcony. All beds very comfortable and great linen Location was SOOOOOO noisy and on a major highway, Planes flying frequently and low being on a flight path to the airport nearby. Building works next door. Interior was great but definitely not 5 star and could do with a little maintenance a suggestion......please replace the rusty dirty bin in the main bathroom. It would be really helpful if some basic cupboard staples were left i.e Salt & Pepper

• Lucie (10/5): Lovely stay, will hopefully be back soon! - Our stay was so wonderful! The apartment is a real treat. In a perfect location, you can walk to the beach in a heartbeat, views are beautiful and apartment is spacious. We found that everything we required was available, clean and well looked after. The location was perfect for places to eat and close to other areas on the GC to explore. Cannot fault the apartment! Hopefully will be back again!

• Nicole (2/5): Warning Active construction site!!!!! - Warning!!! There is construction happening right next to this property that we were not advised of. The view from the balcony is now blocked by an apartment block that is being built so the photo and view is not accurate - I've attached one below. Construction noise occurs 6:30am - 3pm Mon - Friday making the balcony unusable during these times due to the excess noise. As a result you need to close all windows and doors for most of the day to block out the noise. We spent as much time as possible out of the apartment but honestly we wanted to transfer to alternative accommodations after the second day. This ruined our trip and I contacted Booking.com to request a partial refund and have had no communication. Pillows were not very comfortable and kitchen supplies minimal - clearly designed for people who don't want to cook. Low quality crockery, not even oil, salt and pepper supplied. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

• Rosa (4/5): Very stressful with no peace or quiet. Steer clear - Furnishings were nice Property was exceptionally noisy due to works carried out across the road. Making matters far worse was the building site’s sheds right below us which generated horrendous amount of noise throughout our stay. The photos of the apartment view are NOT correct. The view is blocked off by large development across the road. This should have been included on the owner/booking information page as I would not have stayed at this apartment if I had known. On contacting both the owner and Booking.com with this information, neither said/did anything to compensate for the most stressful 7 days of what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday. A very disappointing stay. If you want a holiday where you can find some peace and quiet - STEER CLEAR of this option.

• Gary (9/5): Superb - Great locate, very comfortable beds. Great air conditioning and really appreciated this being nice and cool on arrival. Great communication whenever we had a question and to advise re the water going off. Not the hosts fault but water went off for a number of hours one evening when there was a leak somewhere in the building and power went off the next day but this was a number of blocks not the building. It looked like our power came back on before other buildings after about an hour possibly back up generator kicking in.

• Kim (8/5): Comfortable, clean unit with an amazing outlook - Perfect location , amazing view safe and secure The construction work taking place across the road from 7am until 6pm Monday to Friday for the 2 weeks we were there no sleeping past 7am and couldn’t have the tv on if the balcony doors were open as you couldn’t hear the tv …. But on saying this it’s not the owners fault but it’s going to be going on for a long time as sadly building a 9 story building going to ruin a beautiful view

• Lara (7/5): Great location - The place is in an amazing location. I booked it because it was dog friendly, which is awesome. The unit is lovely and looks just like the pics. The host was responsive and friendly. If it wasn't for the cleaning I would give this 10 points. The place was not clean. As i mentioned to the host, the place had not been cleaned properly. I stepped on a piece of glass in the kitchen, the dishwasher stank (I bought some cleaner and cleaned it) and they use the 2xsheets method but don't wash the doona between guests.

Couldn't ask for more. Nothing really, honestly. Great view. Great room. Friendly staff (shout out Emily). Epic location!

This was an error on the part of the cleaning service and just meant it was a couple of additional hours before we could access the apartment.

The apartment was very secure, clean and nicely furnished. Some of the walls looked like it has cleaning product that was not wiped off

Easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Great parking facilities. People in the building were friendly. Host communicated all we needed very well. Whilst adequate for our needs, my only suggestion would be a new couch for improvement and added comfort to this amazing space.
