• Lorenzo e Cristina (10/5): - Appartamento spazioso,a due passi dal centro. Siamo arrivati prima e ci hanno fatto entrare,molto gentili. Le scale come descritto sono un po' ostiche ma, l'appuntamento è ottimo.

• Anna (9/5): - Pretty little apartment in a great location in Florence: quiet but only a 25 minute walk into the city centre, easily accessible by public transport. The hosts were communicative and helped with any issues, such as providing pods for the laundry machine. The apartment is on the top floor up some steep stairs, which were quite difficult to navigate with heavy suitcases.

• Antonella (7/5): - Posizione ottima e struttura piccola ma molto accogliente e ben tenuta. Molta cura nella richiesta dei dettagli di tutte le persone presenti. Nonostante sia stato richiesto l’orario di arrivo alla struttura anticipatamente, abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di una mezz’ora prima di poter entrare. Gli imprevisti possono accadere sempre, però sarebbe meglio saperlo prima.

• Isabel (9/5): - Schön eingerichtet Wohnung, fussläufig gelegen, mit Klimaanlage. Wenig Geschirr/ Küchenutensilien.
• Jéssica (1/5): Definitely would not recommend it - Communication was fast Everything else. AC: It was not working, what was reported a few minutes after check-in. Someone provided new batteries for the remote while we were out in town, however the remote was not tested by this person! When we arrived back late at a Sunday night the AC was still not working! We were taught how to turn on the unit in an emergence mode, but temperature was not enough to make the whole space comfortable. Remember we are talking about a 30°C city here. Also, there is just one AC in the living room/kitchen. We had to keep the bedroom door open, which makes no sense if you’re travelling with more people that will be staying in the sofa bed. No privacy at all. Shower: It is not steady, pretty much you have to be holding the shower all the time otherwise it will fall and drop water towards the wall. Also, water keeps turning from scalding hot to cold. Taking a shower is a challenge. Cleanliness: I am positive that the floor under the bed/sofa has never seen a vacuum before. Coffee machine and kettle were also dirty. General state of the house: Pieces of the roof plaster were falling.

• Isabella (10/5): The highlight of our stay in Firenze, Italia! The kindest and most helpful staff, ottimo location and a great vibe overa - The apartment was bright, clean and spacious. We were greeted with a welcome gift of chocolate and prosecco. We arrived later than expected after a long journey overseas (with delayed and cancelled flights) and Niccolò made sure we got into ok and took good care of us, even booking us a taxi to go to the train station on our check out date. Supermarket Carrefour and some great local shops were also in walking distance, less than 5 mins. Lovely yoga studio (Ganesha Yoga) on the same street. And best of all, 5 mins walking from Pitti Palace. 15-20 mins walk to the other side of Arno River & Duomo. Lots of stairs to go up and down! With my mother’s heavy suitcases it was a nuisance. But that is Italy for you…
• Steven (8/5): Location is fantastic, place is clean, great to have our own little balcony with evening sun. - Location is great, in a quiet road, slow 10 minute walk to the centre, Less than 10 minutes to some great places to eat in piazza Santo Spirito . As many people have said before, The Shower boiling hot to freezing cold, Only one coffee mug, one decent Glass tumbler, No chopping board, No Corkscrew or bottle opener, only one cereal bowl,. For a little investment this place could be 10 out of 10 instead its a 7. ( oh and for some people the 4 flights of steep stairs could be an issue)
• Oriana (9/5): Great - Cuter than expected. Nice big room and very comfortable bed. Cute balcony. Good location. Very quiet. Has all that you need. Very recommended. The shower. Needs a new one urgently and also it goes very cold and then hot all the time. Not comfortable showers specially now in winter .
• Kevin (8/5): We were very comfortable in this space and loved our stay there. - There was a grocery store nearby. The neighbourhood, although being fairly close to the chaos of the tourist areas, felt calmer, and more peaceful. It was a very cute space, and felt warm and comfortable. We also forgot some clothes there, and the owner went out of his way to ensure that we got them back. In the end they were mailed back to our home in Canada, but only after he had explored all options. This was very much appreciated, and definitely well above expectations. Nothing comes to mind, but I would say that the location might be a bit of a challenge for any folks who have problems with stairs, as there are quite a few flights of stairs to navigate with your luggage. For us, this was no problem at all.
• Shari (7/5): Good - So accessible to everything in walking distance. Quiet and perfect, away from the maddening tourist centre, but close to all. Comfortable and quiet The owners were attentive, accessible and really helpful at all times. My mistake, to not check re, the stairs. 5 flights and steep. With my crappy knees, was really stupid of me not to have checked beforehand. Also, no wine glasses, no tea cups/ mugs and just a small milk would've been nice in the fridge when you arrive. Taxi service non existent.

• Alexandra (7/5): I liked the apartment overall and found the location well situated. It place was quiet and relaxing. - I wish I was advised the was no lift as there were 5 flights of stairs. The stove was a little difficult to use.
• Zuzka (8/5): Cute & cozy - Cozy little apartment in a great part of the city. Comfortable bed. Balcony with nice view. The host was very helpful and kind. The kitchen could be better equipped (there was just one wine glass, nothing to clean the dishes) but thats not a big deal.
• Evelyne (8/5): I would definitely go back in that place with less lugages. Loved it overall. - Loved the place, it felt like home. The location is perfect and close to everything you want to see in Florence by walk. The balcony was a plus. I enjoyed the restaurants, cafe’s and bistro around and meet some local peoples. If you carry with you lots of luggage it makes it difficult to carry them up the top floor. I had to clean up a bit on my arrival. It wasn’t dirty at all but dusty a bit.
