Miriam (7/5): Anforderungen an den Aufenthalt erfüllt - Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es war leise. Man konnte gut schlafen. Es war genügend warmes Wasser zum duschen da. Es war nicht segr sauber Die Kochplatten waren in Funktion eungeschränkt. Teilweise Steckdosen, auch die von den Herdplatten ohne Strom.

Nadine (6/5): - Die Unterkunft war insgesamt in Ordnung und für ein Monteurzimmer gut geeignet. Die Verkehrsanbindung war sehr gut, und das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt akzeptabel, auch wenn es hier noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial gibt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm, und wir würden die Unterkunft wieder in Betracht ziehen. Hilfreich wäre eine kurze Information im Voraus, dass beispielsweise keine Tassen oder Gewürze vorhanden sind, damit man sich entsprechend vorbereiten kann.

Geza (8/5): Good value for money in a quiet, but but still central location - The room had all that was promised (small kitchen and shower in same room as bed, plus private WC). There was a small desk and chair to eat or work. The location is quiet and (combining walking and public transport) less than 30min from city center or university. Check-in was straight forward. The fridge (which stands right next to the bed) was pretty loud. I sometimes had to switch it off overnight. The chair needs a repair: when one leans back, a peg slips out and the seat moves down, hanging by only the 3 remaining pegs. It wasn't clear where to put the trash: I saw paper and plastic bins in the hallway, but would have appreciated instructions on what to do with general waste and organic waste.

There is no password to enter the building, so anyone can enter. However, we felt safe inside the room. Also, the building is a bit far away for the city center.

KOHEI (1/5): Literally waste of money - I couldn’t find anything good about it. Daran war wirklich nichts gut. I was informed in advance that it would be possible to check in even late at night using the self check-in machine. However, when I actually arrived, an error occurred during the check-in process. There were no staff members on site, and although I called the phone number registered for the property, there was no response. As a result, I was unable to stay at the hotel that night. The following morning, a hotel staff member contacted me via WhatsApp. When I requested a refund, I was told to contact Booking.com. However, when I contacted Booking.com, I was informed that they could not process the refund because they had reached out to the hotel but had "received no response". It is hard to believe, but at the very least, this property appears to be unable to respond even to inquiries from Booking.com, the platform on which it is officially listed. Mir wurde im Voraus mitgeteilt, dass ein Check-in auch spät in der Nacht über den Self-Check-in-Automaten möglich sei. Als ich jedoch tatsächlich ankam, trat beim Check-in ein Fehler auf. Es war kein Personal vor Ort, und obwohl ich die für die Unterkunft hinterlegte Telefonnummer angerufen habe, erhielt ich keinerlei Antwort. Infolgedessen war es mir nicht möglich, in dieser Nacht in der Unterkunft zu übernachten. Am nächsten Morgen meldete sich ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels per WhatsApp bei mir. Als ich eine Rückerstattung verlangte, wurde ich aufgefordert, mich an Booking.com zu wenden. Booking.com teilte mir jedoch mit, dass eine Rückerstattung nicht möglich sei, da man versucht habe, die Unterkunft zu kontaktieren, jedoch "keine Rückmeldung erhalten habe". Es ist kaum zu glauben, aber zumindest scheint diese Unterkunft nicht einmal in der Lage zu sein, auf Anfragen von Booking.com, der Plattform, über die sie gelistet ist, zu reagieren.

Svetlana (5/5): Len omylom na jednu noc. - Teplota v ubytovaní bola príjemná. Parkovanie bolo v cene ubytovania. Ubytovateľ uviedol zlú lokalitu. Namiesto ubytovania v centre, bolo do centra cca 4,5-5 km. Na Bookingu boli lacnejšie ubytovania a bližšie k centru, ale sme uprednostnili toto ubytovanie, aby sme mohli bex auta ísť fo mesta na Vianočné trhy. Ubytovateľ uviedol lokalitu ako center, sle fo centra nolo fosť ďaleko na to, sby ísť pešo Posteľná bielizeň bola syntetická, takéto sme nevideli v žiadnom ubytovaní predtým. Je to neprípustné, po prvej noci som diostala kožnú alergickú reakciu. Čajové lyžičky chýbali, pohár na čaj bol iba jeden. V deň pred odchodom k nám vošiel pracovník pod zámienkou niečo skontrolovať, ale len obzrel sa a dotkol sa dvierok sprchy, nič viac. Sme nepochopili, prečo nás rušil pri balení. Bolo 9 hodín, mali sme ešte hodinu času na odchod.

Klaus Richard (8/5): Alles gut, Dresden hat mich positiv überrasch. - Die Ausstattung war einfach aber praktikabel und vollkommen ausreichend. Ideal, um sich selber zu verpflegen. Alles war sauber. Die Lage ist gut; Tram, Supermärkte und die Innenstadt waren einfach zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war ruhig. Beim Einchecken hatte ich mit der Zimmertür Probleme beim Öffnen. Anscheinend war mein Türcode nicht rechtzeitig (14:00) freigeschaltet. Ich musste telefonisch Bescheid geben. Der oder die Tele-Rezeptionist:in sollte ab 14:00 den Türcode freigegeben haben!

andrea (5/5): Eine prima Monteursunterkunft, ich würde es auch wieder buchen, diesmal aber eigene bettwäsche mitbr - Die Lage und das ein- sowie auschecken Ich habe mich nicht getraut das Geschirr zu benutzen, es roch sehr unangenehm nach Müll, der Fernseher war nicht nutzbar (war aber nicht schlimm). Ich war mir auch nicht sicher, ob die Betten frisch bezogen waren, die Handtücher waren ...(ich hatte mein eigenes mit)

Старий будинок з високими стелями. Атмосфера соціалістичної ГДР. Незручні матраци із товстого паролону. Незручні подушки. Але загалом бюджетний варіант для невибагливого клієнта.

Nazarova (4/5): - Gute Lage zum Stadtzentrum. Geeignet für eine kurze Reise. Ein sehr alter Elektroherd. Es braucht viel Zeit zum Kochen. Synthetisches Bettzeug. Es gibt Utensilien, aber aus irgendeinem Grund gibt es nur einen Löffel für 2 Personen im Zimmer (es gab überhaupt keine Gabeln). Fehlende TV-Fernbedienung. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle, aber die Heizelemente funktionieren nicht mehr, so dass es nicht möglich war, sie zu benutzen.

Daniel (8/5): Surprising stay! - I love how compact everything was! The shower had good water pressure and the tiny kitchenette was well equipped. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. My stay was extremely great value for dollar. The room was not as clean as it could have been. Be prepared to do some light cleaning of your own. I ended up supplying myself with extra towels, paper towels and toilet paper.

Kirsten (7/5): Als einfaches Domizil für 1-2 Nächte (ohne große Ansprüche) in Ordnung - Gebucht war ein DZ (1. OG). Ausstattung mit 2-Platten-Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher (keine Kaffeemaschine) und ein wenig Geschirr/ Besteck bzw. Pfannen/ Töpfe/ Zubehör (Pfannenwender, Schöpfkelle, gr. Messer, Schere etc.) sowie Spülmittel/-bürste/Abtrockentuch; 1 lösliche Kaffeeportion pro Person (leider ohne Milch) zur Begrüßung. Sämtliche weiteren Lebensmittel/ Getränke / Teebeutel etc. muss man sich selber mitbringen. Sehr weiches Bett, aber trotzdem ganz gut geschlafen Trambahn zum Zentrum/ Postplatz nur wenige Hundert Meter entfernt (daß die am ersten Tag aufgrund einer Störung weitgehend ausgefallen war, ist ja nicht Schuld der Unterkunft) Ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze am (vor und hinter dem) Haus Sauberkeit im Bad (z.B. WC Sitz unterhalb, Dusche); Im Zimmer war es ok. Schlecht erreichbare Steckdosen (von beiden Betten aus, z.B. für Handy/ Wecker). TV: keine Fernbedienung vorhanden; trotz Suche am Gerät nicht gefunden, ob/ wo man den anschalten kann (und hinten extrem dreckig/ verstaubt), d.h. nicht nutzbar. Starker Essens- und Rasierwassergeruch im Zimmer (nach langem Lüften ging es). Sehr hellhörig (und die meisten Handwerker starteten gegen 6 Uhr morgens). Der Kühlschrank war entweder nicht an oder funktionierte nicht. Bei 1 Nacht habe ich es nicht weiter ausprobiert.

Bitte erneuern Sie diese furchtbaren, was auch immer das sein soll, worauf man schläft. Die Nachttischlampe hatte keine Verbindung zu einer Steckdose, deshalb keinen Nutzen

Ivana (7/5): Apartment near the center - The room was nice, as was the bathroom and equipped kitchenette in the hallway. The place is about 400m walk from the tram. I had a big problem opening the room. The instructions said: "use the last 6 digits of your booking number..." but you have to enter 8 numbers plus the key symbol and turn left...it took me more than 20 minutes to come up with a working combination. The bed was very soft.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmer ist völlig in Ordnung, alles nötige vorhanden. - Zimmer total verräuchert, extrem dicke Zigarettenluft, für einen Nichtraucher unerträglich. - Unterkunft telefonisch nicht erreichbar - Unterkunft per Nachricht nicht erreichbar - Die Fenster schirmen den Schall von der Straße nicht wirklich ab. Ich habe den gesamten Preis bezahlen müssen und im Endeffekt bei Freunden auf der Couch geschlafen, da es nicht zum Aushalten war.

Eryk (6/5): W tej cenie nawet ok. - Miejsce na uboczu Drezna, co wymaga udanie się do Centrum tramwajem albo dobrym spacerem na nogach. Nieopodal jest Lidl. Pokój jest przestronny, łóżka wygodne, kuchnia i łazienka zdatne do użytku. Łazienka i kuchnia spełniają podstawowe wymagania, ale ich stan nie jest idealny. Grzałka do gotowania działała słabo, dlatego posiłek gotował się bardzo długo. Niektórych przyrządów kuchennych brakowało. Przy otwartych oknach słychać byłoby szum samochodów.

Georges Ferdinand (8/5): Un séjour de travail confortable dans une chambre propre et pratique - La salle d'eau est très propre, avec un sol et des sanitaires bien entretenus, sans calcaire ni moisissure. La douche a une bonne pression et la température reste stable. Les serviettes sont de bonne qualité et agréables à utiliser. Le lit est très confortable, offrant un bon soutien pour une nuit de sommeil reposante. En résumé, une chambre confortable et bien entretenue. De plus, la cuisine est équipée d'ustensiles pratiques et complets, facilitant la préparation des repas avec tout le nécessaire à portée de main.

Jaroslaw (7/5): Stay at the decent place, you can't expect more for this price - Close to the tram station, free arking spaces on the street and there were alway a free space to park your car. There was fridge in room. My stay was during summer, room was very hot. Room was with view on the street and if you open window at night you can't sleep as there is a noise from the cars on the street. Bed was not comfortable, matress was a bit worn already.

I would stay here again but not in summer unless they provide fans. I asked some questions using Booking.com messaging and did not receive a reply, not nice, The room was extremely hot with no ventilation at all even with the window open and with the window open the traffic noise is very loud as the road is only a few metres away.

Gérard (8/5): Apparthotel agréable, calme et assez bon marché - Equipements simples, facilement utilisables, et présence d'une kitchenette - L'absence de renseignements concernant les transports en commun et de plan du quartier (car en plus, ce qui est rarissime, il n'y a AUCUN PLAN EN VILLE, ni aux stations de tram, ni ailleurs (en dehors du plan des trams, inutilisable pour trouver une rue). Oui, je sais, on m'a proposé une application, mais je n'ai pas de smartphone !!! Un descriptif simple suffirait : prendre le tram 2 jusqu'à 'Semmelweiss-Strasse' puis prendre la première rue à droite sur 500 m. - Le système d'ouverture et de fermeture des portes des chambres est particulier et pas forcément évident quand on arrive de nuit et fatigué. Oui, je sais, il y a un descriptif dans l'entrée, mais on n'y pense pas forcément !
Lapo (2/5): Auf keinen Fall diese Unterkunft buchen. - Direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße gelegen. Internet ist für nichts zu gebrauchen. Es wird nicht auf Emails geantwortet bei Problemen.

Alexander (7/5): Der Aufenthalt war gut. - Es ist schwierig, das Zimmer zu verdunkeln. Im Sommer wird sehr früh hell und man wacht deswegen früher auf, als man will.
Peter (7/5): - Leider war es aufgrund der Lage des Zimmers A6 nicht öl möglich das Fenster dauerhaft zu öffnen(Gefahr des Einbruchs). Rs war deswegen aehr schwül im Zimmer
