• Lannette (7/5): Great location, walkable to all the sites! - Good location. We walked from train station to apartment and then from apartment to all the sites in Rome we wanted to see. The only time we didn't walk was to the Vatican as it was an early morning ticket and a fairly long walk. Close to supermarket and gelaterria. Large refrigerator, coffee maker with some coffee pods and condiments. Hairdryer available in bathrooms. Nice sitting area with a table to eat at. Actually had a clothes dryer although it didn't work like traditional dryer in USA. It took a long time to dry the clothes and there was no drying rack available if we didn't want to use the dryer. Ceiling height in rooms was very short, banged my head a few times. Hot water did not last long. Weird steps into bedrooms and windows were floor level. Washing machine needed cleaning (seals and detergent drawer).

• Muuude (8/5): CityCenter Rom - alles zu Fuss zu erreichen - Wir waren 5 Personen und es hatte 3 Zimmer. Eins mit einem Doppelbett (Eltern), eins mit zwei Einzelbetten (Kinder) und eins mit einem Bett für eine Person. Zudem zwei Duschen/WC sowie eine Küche mit allem drum und dran (für 5 Personen). Auch eine Waschmaschine/Tumbler und ein Geschirrspühler. Das Wifi funktionierte gut. Vom Bahnhof sind es doch etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss (mit Koffern etws mühsasm), aber es geht. Rundherum sind Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch die Touristenattraktionen sowie die Busse und Metro sind einfach zu erreichen. Es ist alles zu Fuss möglich, wenn man gerne läuft (20K Schritte +) Beim Checkout konnten wir die Gepäckstücke im Einzelzimmer deponieren und später abholen. Es ist doch sehr laut draussen. Die Fenster vom Eltern-Zimmer liessen sich schwer abdunkeln (bis zu 90% ok). Bis zur Wohnung sind es ca 30 Stufen - für Ältere nicht so geeignet. Die Kommunikation via Booking war OK, jedoch bekam ich immer italienisch Antwort und musste diese immer übersetzen.

• Donna (8/5): We had a great time and it was convenient and close to lots of great things - Close to everything Dryer was difficult to know if we didn’t know how to use it or had issues drying clothes.
• Christophe (8/5): Great location, nice aprtment, very comfortable. - Great apartment Host not helping when we asked if we could leave our bags. We had to keep all our luggages for 3 hours prior to being able to check in. Very poor.
• Rogan (10/5): Perfect location that allowed for easy travel within Rome and without. - The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of Rome landmarks, Metro to get there if you didn't want to walk and the train station if you wanted to experience locations outside of Rome like we did. Honestly there wasn't much of note that we didn't like. Maybe that one of the bedroom ceilings had a wood beam that was quite low or the fact the city tax had to be paid by cash, though there was an ATM nearby that was easy to locate with the help of the staff.
• Maggi (10/5): The apartment was ideally located and perfect for our family of five to spend a week in Rome. - What an amazing location! We were able to walk to just about everything we wanted to do, or it was a short walk to the metro and Termini station for the rest. The apartment itself was cozy and just the right amount of space for our family of five. My only minor gripe was that the washing machine could use a good deep cleaning. There was a musty smell inside.

They answered all our questions with great willingness. The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable even for 5 people. Its location provides easy access to all the attractions of Rome. We recommend them to anyone travelling to Rome! Everything was great!

• Kwok (10/5): A modern homestay in a centuries old building - The apartment is located within 10 minutes walk from Termini station making it very accessible. Fabrizio kept me informed of the status of the room cleaning and waited for me to show me around the apartment. The apartment comes with everything required for a very comfortable stay. There is a Pam local convenience store just opposite the entrance to the building and a COOP around the corner. We enjoyed the space very much. The unit is also in a very old building and there are no elevators to the unit, albeit that it is only on the second floor. Nil

• Cliff (10/5): Our stay at Roma centra storico Rione Monti was the best vacation ever! - We were met by the owners at the entrance who helped us with our baggage up to the apartment. The place was exceptional and very well maintained and appointed. Everything about our stay was fantastic and the location was perfect. I wish we could have stayed a month as there is so much to explore in the area beyond just the tourists sites. Having to leave was the hardest part! There was nothing that needed to be changed.
