• ZHOU JIAN (9/5): - 房间宽敞干净整洁感觉是新装修的，厨房设施齐全 也不是不满意，是第一天很晚入住没发现热水器另有一个开关(卫浴间门口有说明)，只是未注意，导致一个人洗澡好了，第二个人洗冷水澡，第三个等了半个多小时水温还是冷的，这才问房东，并发现了另有开关关着。

• Eszter (10/5): A modern gem - We loved the apartment; the welcome was warm, it is modern, spacious, sparkling clean and very well equipped. The Central Train and Bus Stations are near, as well as the metro, from where the city center is accessible easily. Drago and his assitant Margo sent us all the information we needed well in time, and more than once. Each occassion we received clear and exact instructions so we had no problems with finding and entering the apartment. From the airport we were offered a free transfer, which also happened without any problem. Our driver was nice, kind and punctual, in addition, he showed us and told us about the sights we passed on our way to the apartment. the We had a wonderful time here, this accommodation is highly recommended. Despite the air conditioning it was very warm at night.
• Bassem Mouawiya (7/5): Enhancements to the apartment are required. - The apartment offers a spacious and well-maintained living environment, complete with fresh linens, ample towels, and comfortable bedding. Its strategic location provides convenient access to the metro. Furthermore, paid street parking is available in the Green Zone at a rate of 1 Lev per hour, with complimentary parking during nighttime hours and on Sundays. The accommodation is a one-bedroom apartment, not a two-bedroom unit. The living area, which also serves as the bedroom, lacks privacy due to its open layout. The absence of a balcony or outdoor space for activities such as drying clothes is also a consideration. The cooling system proved to be ineffective, with no noticeable impact despite activation, and the radiators emitted cold sweat while the apartment experienced high temperatures during the summer. The bedroom curtain was non-functional, necessitating the use of a bed sheet for window coverage. Furthermore, the kitchen lacked adequate cooking utensils. The microwave, which was found in the sink closet, was operational despite a damaged door handle. Finally, the synthetic leather on the right side of the couch requires repair due to skin peeling and dropping everywhere. Woke up in a morning with no power and no heads-up from the host! Called them, and they apologized, saying it'll be out until the afternoon.

• Danijela (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very spacious and nice. Everything was clean and well prepared. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
• Roxana (10/5): Great stay and helpful host - The property was clean and spacious, suitable for a larger family. We enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood. The host was very helpful. The apartment has all the utilities necessary for a longer stay. The only thing we could not figure out was how to turn on the hot water to take a shower. We only stayed one night so it wasn't a big inconvenience. The parking in the area is not free. We didn't know that and we could not pay the parking because we didn't have a Bulgarian phone number. There aren't any parking meters either. You can only pay the parking by message.

• Konstantinos (10/5): A pleasant residence - Comfortable. Well equipped, clean , innovated. The owner is very helpful and supportive. A little bit the location, but you forget everything when you enter the apartment .

Clean and tidy with great instructions for check-in and great communication with the host! Parking situation in the area can be a nightmare to figure out for foreigners - but this is a problem with Sofia's infrastructure.
