• Alyce (3/5): Unfortunately the condition of the property does not match the location or expectations. - Positives: the beds and pillows were reasonably comfortable, the location is great, and communication with the property managers before our stay was good. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several cleanliness, maintenance, and safety issues. The couch and carpets were filthy, the furniture looked cheap and worn, and the bedroom wall light wasn’t working, leaving the room poorly lit. I noticed this had been mentioned in previous reviews, so it’s disappointing it still hasn’t been fixed. There was very little airflow in the unit as the main windows couldn’t be opened due to no screens. Some windows were also unlocked on arrival, which made the property feel insecure. We also found ants on the floor when we entered, the unit had a strong musty smell, the toaster wasn’t clean, there were no bin liners provided, and the toilet sink tap constantly dripped. Overall, the property needs significant upgrades and better maintenance. In its current condition, it doesn’t meet a good standard for rental accommodation.
• Wilkinson (3/5): Was going to say cheap and nasty but it wasn't cheap. - The location is good. The bedroom carpets are beyond life expectancy and stained. The shower grunt was mouldy. We cleaned some off easily. The lounge couch uncomfortable with all sorts of stains all over. The cutlery from 2nd hand shop. The outdoor furniture was filthy even though under cover. Could scrape off the dirt. The barbecue good site for salmonella. Instructions tell you to put dishes in dishwasher but there isn't one. Paperwok suggests they have professional cleaners and charge for it. The ceiling fan had dust hanging off the front edges and all the above so we wouldcquestion any cleaning. Traffic noise is unbelievable but we knew we were on a busy road so have to accept that. Now they advise our bond won't be returned for probably a month.

• Samuel (9/5): Perfect location and a great spot for a quiet, relaxing break. - The beds were extremely comfortable and the property has a nice, spacious dining room for entertaining. The amenities for food preparation and laundry were also first rate. The lounge furniture was not overly comfortable and a little low.

There is nothing to dislike.. there is an ant problem though. They come up through the skirting board in the doorway of the kitchen.. they love your coffee machine. I don’t drink coffee so I placed the machine on the bbq outside during my stay so as not to attract the ants.. I returned the machine to the kitchen before vacating. .. you could probably go without that machine given there are coffee shops 2 doors down.. I understand it’s a nice touch though.

• Richard (9/5): Great location - Location, spacious, provisions, good beds. An apology: after we left we realised we'd used an oven tray but had forgotten to wash it. Sorry Minor things. Wall lights in main bedroom didn't seem to work. And there was only one bedside light. But we still had a great stay. Many thanks
