Guest Reviews
- Peter (9/5): A very restful stay in comfort and with access to so many attractions Top value for that location. - We looked after ourselves .Facilities were excellent but lacked any microwave cooking dishes. The location was great with access by walking to West Diggers Club and the beaches. Being there for two weeks, having access to a good washing machine and dryer was a great feature.. The bed was excellent and the shower and hot water was great.
It was very affordable and we would go back again. It was a great Holiday I would think that the fitting of a hand rail to assist with entering and exiting the shower would be a good safety feature.

- Elwell (9/5): - I loved the homey feel and the location it was perfect for what I needed . the microwave kept shorting the power out I am not sure if it overloaded. other than that it was a lovely stay :)
- Stephanie (6/5): No window /no natural light or ventilation. Noisey busy road. Long walk to beach. Claustrophobic. - The location was on a busy road -quite noisey . Door code took several goes to open. There was no window in the unit - at 8am the unit was pitch black - no ventilation or daylight . This actually illegal by Australian Building Codes and standards. I have advised the owner that it is unacceptable /he did not reply . I was staying there alone - to have anymore than one person would be suffocating and smelly. The shower is also a flooding hazard . My expectations were not high as the price was very low - which was fair. Not having natural light and ventilation is illegal by Australian Building standards .
- Justin (10/5): Value for money - It's a cute, cosy little unit. Walking distance to everything. Everything was fine. No complaints.
- Lee (8/5): Super cosy little pad! Owner was great to communicate with. Overall was a great weekend and we will - Overall the place was very clean and local to everything. Was pet fur on the bed and bedside tables, wasn't an issue for us but may be for someone with allergies.
- Glenda (9/5): Cosy & pet friendly - Cosy good air conditioning supportive bed, silent fan good water pressure , Front gate difficult to open
- Rodney (5/5): Passable -
- Murray (9/5): Great value for money in a good location - Great location central to Nelson bay and shoal bay The unit just needs a dustpan to help pickup beach sand from floor. Old roller door at front of premises needs replacing
- Paula (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (7/5): Good -
- Balsam (9/5): Host was very accommodating and studio was comfortable. - Cosy, comfortable and clean. Owner was easy to contact and answered texts without delay. Pet friendly which was great so we brought the puppy. Neat and tidy, close to beaches and relaxing as. Windows. This is a cosy studio with all the comforts of home. It needs a window for those who are claustrophobic like me.
- Abigail (8/5): Very good -
- Frieda (8/5): Great place to stay for the price - The price was fantastic the place was good. Clean and had everything you needed It was too close to the road and the traffic noise was bad. As it had no windows so if you had the door open it was noisy.
- Kevin (8/5): Very good - Insufficient Glassware, we needed to buy additional glasses at the local shops
- Ross (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ava (10/5): Cosy stay perfect for a couple beach holiday - Very cosy
- Alison (8/5): Perfect with no strings - Pet friendly and very close to pet friendly beaches, local r.s.l with amazing food and close to nelson bay town. Thank you so much for your info prior to our arrival
- Philippa (10/5): Perfect location, lovely accomm - Stayed for work and it was perfect. Great space for one or a couple. Nice little outdoor area. Good parking. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette very handy and stocked quite well. The shower is in the main room which is different, but not a game changer. Safe and quiet area. Close to so many great activities and walks. Dog friendly
which is a bonus. Billy was very helpful with information. Would stay again! Nothing.
