• Christian (8/5): un bon séjour - Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de ce joli appartement, avec terrasse qui est situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Locarno. La tranquillité des lieux, du voisinage. La place de parking intérieure qui est suffisamment large pour un véhicule spacieux. Les produits de toilette bios à disposition. Le petit panier de bienvenue bien garni. L'accès à des chaînes sur la tv en français. Nous avons pu, grâce à l'agence, bénéficier chaque jour d'environ 1 heure de télévision en français sur un site gratuit mais nous aimerions lors de notre prochain séjour pouvoir accéder au JT en français ainsi qu'à des chaînes françaises- En effet, au bout d'une heure le réseau d'accès à des chaînes françaises était coupé car hors abonnement, ce qui était assez frustrant si on voulait voir un film, le JT ou un jeu télévisé. Nous sommes prêts à payer l'abonnement d'un mois pour ce faire.
• Andreas Maute (9/5): - Schöne Wohnung und sehr sauber. Tolle Lage und sehr großzügiger Parkplatz. Eine Lamellenstore klemmt stark, sollte repariert werden. Alle Abflüsse sind leicht verstopft.
• Peter (9/5): Erholsamer Aufenthalt in Minusio mit gutem Anschluss an Locarno. - Saubere, helle Wohnung in einem ruhigen Quartier. Der See ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt und ebenda befindet sich eine hervorragende OSTERIA. Es hat alles, was es braucht in der Wohnung. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern (Quokka) war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Nichts
• Sylvia (8/5): See above - Location. Spacious and comfortable beds. Clean and nice kitchen. Washing machine and dryer optimum. Bathroom. The shower wasn’t ideal to shower and to wash hairs because you have to stand up in the bath. Needs modernising.

• Roland (9/5): Ist eher für Kurzurlaub als für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Hat zuwenig Charme für sicher dort länger Wohl zu fühlen. - -Recht gut eingerichtetes Apartment -Betten waren gut -Die Aussicht vom Balkon -Hat mehr Wohnblock Charakter

• Elena (9/5): - Очень хорошо организован процесс заселения, все понятно, все инструкции очень подробны. Квартира очень чистая, удобные подушки, постель. Прекрасное парковочное место в подземном гараже Хотелось бы иметь больше пакетов для мусора, ножи были плохо поточены
• Therese (6/5): Ist okey, aber für das, was es bietet, zu teuer! - Sehr ruhige Lage, mit ÖV gut erreichbar! Einrichtung eher spärlich, aber zweckmässig! Sehr heiss in der Wohnung, im Schlafzimmer Store defekt! Roch während den 4 Tagen sehr intensiv nach Putzmittel, für mich unangenehm! Im Wohnzimmer konnte man Türe zum Balkon nicht öffnen, sehr eigenartig!
