Lowri (3/5): AVOID THIS PLACE AND AVOID BOOKING.COM!!! - At first glance it seems like a lovely apartment. The layout of the apartment, the clothes washer/dryer and the TV was the highlight. There were many restaurants in walking distance. Everything else. Place was absolutely filthy. They couldn’t be bothered to clean the microwave or under the sofa and the outdoor area was unusable. Dishes were also dirty. A fully functioning kitchen was a necessity for my trip but the oven was broken and only two hobs on the gas stove worked out of 4. Reported the oven issue to the property as we had bought groceries that were going to waste and after 4 days of extremely slow replies (waiting 2 days to respond at one point) they only tried to resolve the issue on our last night which by then it was pointless and felt purposeful. We told them we had wasted money on groceries and in return they offered free late check out, which felt like a slap in the face. And just a heads up, they ask you for a non refundable 80 dollar fee that’s not in their T&Cs. They only asked me for this the second they took my money for the apartment which made me feel trapped into paying or I would lose my money. I made booking.com aware of this and they did not address this whatsoever, they aim to get back to you within 24 hours but they are stonewalling me despite making numerous complaints about the issues, all with the same response “Someone will get back to you within 24 hours”. The level of professionalism from both the property and booking.com is disgusting. Avoid this place and avoid booking.com!!!!!!!
Mike (1/5): I will not stay anywhere that these guys manage again unless they respond to my request for a refund - The apartment was fine. As described in the ad. The hosting company are criminals who charged me for a night where they knew I would not be able to access the apartment. During my stay there was a planned power outage at the property. This was confirmed with the neighbour. I could not get my car into the carpark or access the building using the fob. I had to park my car in a public carpark and stay on a friends couch. I contacted the property and asked why they had not informed me and requested a refund only for the night that I could not access the apartment. They refused to respond. This is not acceptable

Mike (5/5): - location was good. Getting in was reasonably easy. poor communication fro. the prowrty managers. Lights didnt work in Kitchen. Tv wasnt working when I arrived- I had to reset it to get it online.
Jennifer (9/5): Exceptional and more than exceeded my expectatiins - Location was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. Had a little trouble with the remote for the garage. Would work sometimes and not others. Car park next to cement pole was very small when a big car was parked next to it. Not major things though.
