• Sanka (6/5): overall okay Stay at this place and for the price it may be worth. - central location and transport near by cleanliness and outdoor balcony was very dirty could not even keep the door or curtains opened
• Paul (7/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It met our needs, and it felt good returning to our accommodation after a long day strolli - We like how it’s very close to restaurants, parks, tram station. The property has warm interiors and lighting. It has all the amenities of a regular apartment like laundry + dryer, rubbish chute, conventional oven, dishwasher, and microwave oven. The point-of-contact was also very responsive and courteous. The only mirror everyone could use was the one in the bathroom, no other mirror available. Also, the bed sheets had some smell like it didn’t dry well. Take note that there’s no wifi in the unit, so guest must have a reliable mobile connection. We wish they had hair dyer too.
• Silje (5/5): Not the experience expected from booking via booking.com - Perfect location. Right next to tram stop and Lygon St. Easy to get around. The apartment was small but nice and modern. This is more suited as an Airbnb rather than a place on Booking.com. Communication was difficult and we didn’t feel there was flexibility on when to arrive / leave with the person coming with keys and the host. There were lots of fruit flies in the apartment, would have been good to have some big spray there.

• Kara (5/5): Overpriced for what you get - Good location, close to Lygon street and the Museum So many things missing - no hairdryer (we had to go out a buy one, there has ALWAYS been one in every accomodation we’ve stayed), no champagne glasses, beds were tiny and our feet hung over the end, no wifi, no face washers, loungeroom tv is tiny.
