• Alicia (10/5): Perfect location, just 15 min walking to Vatican and 5 min away from the metro station. - It’s a pretty and cozy apartment. It’s located at the 8th floor, however they have a small but functional elevator. Also the two complete bathrooms were awesome for our group of 4. Everything was perfect.

• pedrofelipe (7/5): - O proprietário foi comunicativo durante toda a estadia. O processo de check-in é fácil e houve flexibilidade para entrar antes do horário previsto. Há bons acessos por ônibus nas proximidades, mas a estação de metrô é um pouco distante a pé. A região ao redor é toda plana e ótima para caminhar a pé, principalmente diante da (relativa) proximidade ao Vaticano e a linda vista da cúpula da Basílica de São Pedro das janelas do apartamento. Apesar das ruas ao redor serem um bocado desertas durante a noite, nos sentimos tranquilos e seguros a todo momento. A limpeza não estava muito boa. Por acaso nos abaixamos para pegar um brinco que caiu e havia muita poeira embaixo da cama e dos demais móveis do quarto. O elevador é um bocado complicado, porque é antigo e as vezes não funciona.

• Davide (10/5): Consigliatissimo - Appartamento con due bagni, completo di tutto. Vista dalle camere stupenda. Non lontano dalla metro, dal Vaticano e da piazza del popolo. Disponibilità di Enrico durante tutta la durata del soggiorno
• Busia (10/5): - La struttura è molto accogliente e con una bella vista, la posizione ottima ed il divano letto è abbastanza comodo. La struttura era pulita però c’era un po’ di polvere e l’aria condizionata non ha funzionato benissimo, per fortuna si stava bene con le finestre aperte quindi non ci è servita granché.

• chiara (9/5): Perfect stay in Rome - Posizione perfetta, vicino il Vaticano, a due passi dalla fermata metro, con numerosi parcheggi nella strada sottostante. L’appartamento era grande, con un bagno dentro una camera da letto e l’altro nel corridoio. Ascensore stile retro un po’ piccolo specie se si hanno dei passeggini e valigie da portare.

• Ryan (10/5): Exceptional - Enrico was great! The property was very clean and spacious with two comfortable double beds. The lift made transporting our luggage easy given the apartment is on the top floor of the building. Short walking distance to the Vatican and proximity to Metro stations into the centre made this a great location to stay. We liked everything
• Petkova (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful view of St.Peter church, close location to Vaticana and other sightseeings.Very comfortable beds and available kitchenware. The supply of the hot water is a little bit irregular ,but all other things in the apartment are ok.
• Joseph (8/5): Amazing views, amazing location. - Stunning views and a great location. In an area with the locals but sill walking distance to Vatican City. Our family of 6 were comfortable and the building elevator made getting to the apartment on the top floor easy. Highly recommend. You have to be a little quieter given you are in an apartment building with other permanent residents around.
