• Gaëlle (7/5): Good for a night in Milan - The location is great in the center of Milan The bed is very uncomfortable. It is a old sofa bed that needs to be replaced asap.

• Aresha (1/5): - good location do not book this. This was one of our worst experiences staying at an AirBnB. It is indicated the check in times are 3-8 and after than you will have to pay. I got a message prior to my arrival from “Milaad” asking me of an approximate arrival time which I told him to be 6 and said I wasn’t sure and will confirm. when i did confirm he told me he wouldn’t be able to check me in at my required time. he was incredibly rude, condescending and when I tried to call him to find a solution, he hung the phone up on my face and said “bye I am a doctor, I have a PHd I don’t need to be doing this right now”. I was left outside the Airbnb with all my bags wondering what even to do now. The people in the actual building were so rude as well, a lady came and started yelling at me in Italian when I was sitting outside with my bags. Worst experience, please avoid booking this place as we had to deal with incredibly rude people and was not worth the hassle

• LAURA ELENA (6/5): Falta de atencion basica al viajero - La ubicacion La falta total de atencion al huesped, nos dejaron 1 jabon chiquito y 1 sobre de shampu para 3 dias, habia cafetera y no dejaron ni 1 sola capsula de cafe, no habia Detergente, ni repasador de cocina. Se supone que reservar un apartamento no se trata solamente del mobiliario, si no de atenderlo en las pequeñas necesidades basicas. Sin contar que la limpieza del inodoro era desagradable.

• GIOVANNI (9/5): Soddisfacente - Mancava il sapone per le mani ed almeno un bagnoschiuma per la doccia . Vi ho lasciato il mio che ho comprato li. Costa pochissimo € ed è un servizio che dovrebbe essere garantito
• Kahina (5/5): - Mauvaise description de l’appartement il n’y a avait pas inscrit une taxe de 27,20€ supplémentaires . De plus, l’hôte a été désagréable par message, car nous avons eu du retard à cause de la grève des contrôleurs : notre avion a eu 4 heures de retard. L’hôte n’a pas été conciliante et nous a facturé 20 € supplémentaires. Elle nous envoyait des messages toutes les 5 minutes pour savoir à quelle heure nous arrivions, alors que nous étions déjà assez affectés par le retard de notre vol. Il n’y avait ni papier toilette, ni frigo.

• Luiza (10/5): Exceptional - "I really enjoyed this trip, the location was very convenient with everything nearby, right in the center of Duomo. The entrance was very quiet with no noise; the apartment was clean and had everything I needed for the trip! The host was very friendly and caring; even though I arrived earlier, she welcomed me as promised. I am very satisfied and will definitely return."

• Piazza (10/5): Exceptional - Easy access to the property experience. Contact was very friendly and patient answering numerous questions. Very clean and great location. 3 blocks to the metro and a 2.20€ token to the Duomo or the Milan Centrale train station. Nothing comes to mind.
• Piazza (10/5): Plan to return. - Duomo and alla scala opera house were within walking distance, metro stop only a few blocks away, only 2 blocks to tram stop. Bed was a pull out sofa, only a few inches between the foot of the bed and the wall so very difficult to access the window. I would replace the sofa bed with a regular bed.
• Astrid (8/5): Excellent location, very nice apartment. - Apartment had a kitchen which was great. Location amazing. There was no self late check in service which meant paying an extra 50 Euros because we arrived after midnight. Air con unit was very noisy but necessary

• Türkay (1/5): I do not recommend; unprofessional host, old apartment, no bed, broken air conditioner. - The location is perfect. To Duomo it takes 8-10mins by walking. Also good location for airport transportation. Even though we told them many times before our stay that we will check-in at 3:00pm, the day we arrived they made us wait for 1.5hours with our luggage in the rainy weather, and they were so rude that they did not even apologize. They aren’t professionals for sure. There is no bed in the room, only a sofa bad which may cause back pain for stays longer than 2 days. The air conditioner was broken, it was incredibly noisy, leaked water and turned off by itself. They didn't even leave a bottle of water in the room for their guests and the apartment is very old. You can stay in a much better quality place for this money. I do not recommend.

• Paolo (8/5): Nice stay in a very good location - The apartment is small but very well located. The bed-sofa was ok. A normal bed would be comfier but due to the lack of space i understand the choice. Some amenities are old and could be replaced (old plugs i.e.)

• Alex (9/5): Superb - In the first place, the location! There is everything you need in a 5-15 minutes walk. The apartment has everything you need, including a small kitchen. It's a little bit noisy, but that's nothing something you get used to. The bed (sofa) squeaks when you move or turn on the other side. That was a little bit uncomfortable for sleep, but as I said, you need to get used to it if you want not to spoil your mood and vacation. But it's a recommendation to the host to think about it, because some people could be on their right to be unsatisfied.
