• Medeea (7/5): - Apartamentul are 3 dormitoare, un living cu bucatarie si 2 bai. Bucataria este bine utilata cu tot ceea ce este necesar pentru a gati (aragaz, frigider, vesela etc.). Exista si fier de calcat si uscator de par. Apartamentul este curat. Este destul de departe de centru, dar zona este ok. Sunt magazine, cafenele si statii de autobuz in apropiere. Am solicitat gazdei sa ne dea o factura/chitanta pentru suma platita, ca sa putem sa ne decontam cheltuielile, dar a refuzat. Este o situatie destul de neplacuta! Daca doriti chitanta, nu va recomand sa va cazati aici.
• Tony (7/5): Lovely clean apartment but poor communication from the host - It was clean and comfortable and shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The main front door of the building could be pushed open without the code. Travelling as a family with children this made us feel very uneasy. The apartment door didn’t have a key but had a code also made us feel uneasy. The property manager didn’t contact me with access/check in details and never responded to my messages or emails. It was only after I contacted booking.com that they finally responded the night before our arrival. This was very poor communication as we were afraid we’d be left stranded with 4 children and no accommodation. It started our trip on a bad footing as it caused a lot of stress.

• Lisa (9/5): Everything we needed for a London stay - The property was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The shower was good and although we didn’t need to use them, there were fans and separate heaters available should the temperature have gone either way. Plenty of additionally bedding/towels if needed. We definitely felt like we had everything we needed, which, when travelling with a 6 year old was very important. Tassimo coffee machine and pods were well used. Tesco Express is directly opposite the front door, ideal for picking up anything you need. Tube station is about 10 mins away. Previous reviews mentions the road noise, we didn’t find this to be much of an issue and was quieter than expected. The WiFi wasn’t great, we used our 5G instead and was much faster. I don’t think this area is in Maida Vale, although it is close by it’s a neighbourhood away.

• ande (8/5): Prima om overdag te verkennen en in de avond uit te rusten. - Perfect om met drie personen London te verkennen. Het appartement ligt op een kwartier lopen van de metro. In de straat is een supermarkt. Schoon, konden koken, alle noodzakelijk dingen waren aanwezig.
• Andrea (6/5): - Nice position for what we needed, apartment is well equipped. Apartment is quite small for 5 people. The bathroom is so tiny you can't even wash your face in the sink. We had to call the host to get the codes to get in the apartment... We had to prepare the sofa-bed ourselves.

• Sarah (8/5): Clean and well appointed - The apartment was super clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of shops nearby and it was only a 10 minute walk to the tube. There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway and stairwell. A teatowel would be handy!

Nosotros fuimos 7 personas y la verdad que muy bien. Es genial tener el supermercado “Tesco” justo enfrente. La calefacción funciona a la perfección. Se oye un poquito el ruido de los coches pero nada que no sea normal.

• Johan (10/5): Our stay was fantastic—the apartment was clean, spacious for our family of six, conveniently located near transport, and - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Maida Vale! Our family of six, including four adults, found the accommodation to be perfectly suited for our needs and very spacious. The location was great for getting around London. We appreciated the excellent proximity to public transport, with a bus stop located only about 50 metres away and the underground station a reasonable 10-15 minute walk. The apartment itself was very clean and pleasant. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped – we were particularly impressed that even coffee machine pods were provided! A major convenience for international travellers was the inclusion of USB sockets by every bed, which made charging phones effortless and solved the common problem of not having enough UK plug adapters. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I received a clear SMS with the codes for both the main building door and the apartment door, making entry very easy. Finally, the WiFi worked great throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families or larger groups! One minor drawback to note is the noise level. The apartment, especially the bedroom facing the main bus route, can be a little noisy, both from the street traffic and from within the building itself (thin walls). This is a common aspect of city centre living, but something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper.

The Uber driver first tried to drop us off in the back of the property which was concerning. But he eventually found the front and we found the door

• Van Deutekom (8/5): Gewoon lekker boeken - Locatie was oke, dicht bij bussen en op loopafstand van Noting hill. Zeer schoon en modern ingericht! Prima verblijf voor enkele nachten voor 4 personen Huiskamer cq keuken was wat aan de krappe kant, idem de badkamer
• Laura (9/5): Home away from home. - Lovely, light and comfortable place for a family. Almost everything that you need is there. The location is a bit noisy. You can hear the other apartment and noises from the street.
• Asif (1/5): Be warned - bed bugs and ants! - Be warned! Apartment is infested with bed bugs and ants! We arrived after a 3/4 hour journey with our 3 children with us, apartment looked fine upon entering however our 11 year old daughter came running in screaming at 11pm because she’d found bed bugs crawling all over her bed. Upon closer inspection, we found them in the pillows, on the beds, and ants running along the skirting boards. We immediately packed up our things and had to find (and pay for) a last minute alternative hotel to stay in, at midnight with three kids in tow - what a nightmare!

The location was grand with buses and the tube nearby. Landlord was easy to contact during our stay. Doors were keyless which was ideal for the group. Nil

Location had a bus stop right outside, and was a quick walk to tube station. Plenty of shops around to pick bits up as well! There was a bit of noise from the downstairs flats as people were in and out of the doors at night, but nothing too bad!

He let us leave our luggages before check-in time - which was very helpful for us since our time in London was very limited and wanted to go around London as soon as we arrived. The location is excellent and very accessible (short distance from the bus stop). A lot of restaurants and local shops within walking distance. It’s by the main road, but it’s quiet. The only drawback is there’s no lift/elevator so if you’re hauling luggages, it could be a bit difficult. Price is very reasonable and you get your money’s worth. Overall, it’s excellent and I highly recommend this property! No lift/elevator

The underground station is about 5min walk, there is a bus stop nearby but we opted to use the train station instead. There are 33 steps to the Apartment which was not mentioned on the description - I would not have booked if it did- it was a bit difficult for us women in our '60s. There weren't enough toilet rolls provided - only 2 full rolls and 2 that were nearly fully used, not sufficient for 3 women on a 4-nite stay. The bathroom cum toilet is quite small but manageable

• John (8/5): Great location for a weekend in London. - Cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. It was modern, tidy and everything worked as it should. Access using door codes was easy and convenient. Transport links were excellent - a bus stop just outside, a tube station 10 minutes' walk away. We were a party of three couples and found there wasn't enough room to sit round the table or for us all to sit comfortably in the main room. The radiator controls weren't easy to access in one of the bedrooms. A dishwasher would have been more useful than a washing machine. The apartment was advertised as having two bathrooms - in fact, it had one bathroom (actually a shower room with wc) and one en-suite wc in one of the bedrooms.

• Daniela (5/5): Passable - Clean and tidy little flat. Comfortable beds and couch. It was extremely cold. Even though there was central heating, and 2 radiators in each bedroom. We ended up moving 1 radiator from 1 room to the other. The water pressure in the shower also not very strong, and not hot. Maybe we were just unlucky as it was a very cold week in London. The TV didn't seem to work properly and only had 5 channels which is strange considering most are smart tvs and the broadband was very good.

Very good location for where we needed to be and good price. Good communication with the owner and accepted earlier check in and slightly later check out which was very helpful as we all came from different places to stay the weekend. Would definitely recommend and would stay again The only complaint we had was the people in the flat above seemed to pace the floors day and night, very loudly
• Anonymous (8/5): Nice and cozy stay. - Property is well maintained and very cozy. We found a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations which I found quite nice. Apartment was clean and we found a coffee machine with several coffee pods for us to use. Washing machine with detergent and softener which was also a nice addition. Beds and linen were clean. All the house forniture and supplies were brand new. Location is not the best.
• Valentina (10/5): Very clean and functional! - It was clean and very close to public transport and lots of restaurants. Fantastic communication and very kind. After we checked out our taxi was delayed and we requested to go back into the property, the host has no hesitation and he welcomed us back straight away. It was perfect for our family 2 adults and 5 children under 11.

We were the first to stay post renovation, and whilst there were a couple of teething problems, our host was responsive and rectified these as quickly as possible
