Christine (7/5): Grosse Hotel, auf der Rückseite des Bahnhofs gelegen. - Grosses Zimmer, schönes Badezimmer. Ausblick auf die Berge. Kleiner Park. Die Sterneklassifizierung ( 4 Sterne) ist etwas überbewertet, bezüglich Ausstattung. Die Preise im Restaurant recht hoch für Angebot und Qualität. Für Zugreisende: den Weg vom Bahnhof, durch alte Industriegebäude, möchte ich allein nicht in der Nacht gehen. Sehr unübersichtlich. Untertags interessant.

Helen (8/5): Un vrai moment de détente. - La chambre était très grande et très agréable. Propre, literie confortable, les produits de corps à disposition de très bonne qualité. Très calme et un jardin à disposition. Le personnel est courtois. L’emplacement n’est pas idéal sans voiture. Le déjeuner un peu trop cher et pas beaucoup de choix.

Juul (10/5): Goed overnachtingshotel als je op doorreis bent. - Fijn hotel om te overnachten als je op doorreis bent. Opleidingsplek voor studenten hotelschool, die hier stage lopen en bedienen. Prima faciliteiten. Niets, we komen hier regelmatig.
Carla (7/5): Je recommande cet hôtel - rapport qualité/prix c’est ok - Hotel avec une décoration soignée, très propre, petit déjeuner pas très fourni mais très correct L’écran tv qui s’allumait sans cesse pendant la nuit et la serrure de la porte qui n’avait plus de batterie on a dû descendre 3x avant qu’ils envoient qqun ouvir la porte.

Mylène (10/5): Perfection et charme - Absolument tout, l'accueil chaleureux, le surclassement incroyable, le repas du soir délicieux (cocktails, plats et desserts superbes), le petit-déjeuner de qualité, le parking gratuit très pratique comme l'emplacement, la propreté irréprochable... Un sans faute ! Franchement difficile de trouver un point négatif. Petite suggestion bonus : une lotion hydratante serait un plus fort agréable (surtout vues les activités de la région, bains, via ferrata, ski...) la peau souffre ;) surtout que ça se fait dans beaucoup d'hôtels :)

Amélie (6/5): Passable! - Le lit est très confortable! Hôtel de haut standing avec une belle déco. Il y a un mot de bienvenue dans la chambre et de très bons caramels. Il fait très très chaud dans les chambres. Nous avons qu'une carte pour 2. Le petit déjeuner est très cher et nous sommes arrivées à 9h, nous avons dû demander plusieurs choses qui manquaient dans le buffet, tel que de l'eau... Puis, je me suis servie d'un yahourt nature et heureusement, j'ai vu la date au dernier moment qui était dépassée de 10 jours ! Ce genre de choses ne devrait pas arriver et encore moins dans un 4 étoiles. L'hôtel est loin du centre ville. Nous aurions apprécié des sachets de thé en proposition dans la chambre.

Terry (1/5): Horrible - Propre. L'air est irrespirable dans les couloirs et dans les chambres. Ça sent la colle, les meubles de mauvaises qualité qui dégagent des vapeurs de colle et autres produits chimiques. Sommes partis 2 heures après être arrivés car on se sentait mal: migraine, toux et yeux qui piquent. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Duschbrause kaum Druck (dafür Regendusche okey), Heizung und Papierhalter im Bad kacklig. Stimmen durch die Lüftung. Kleinigkeiten... wäre für 3 Sterne auch kein Grund es hier aufzuführen...
