- Annie (10/5): Great location and accommodation - Definitely Reccomend - Really convenient location so close to excel and the underground! Very spacious and clean apartment! The only issue was that the lift wasn’t working when we stayed but wasn’t a big issue apart from moving in and moving out.

Also I had a parking penalty even I had 2 days parking. They said I have to solve it myself. I will appeal the parking penalty. This is their fault. They should check why a parking warden putting a parking penalty on my car.

- Piotr (1/5): It was an absolutely terrible stay and a complete waste of money - Close to the DRL railway. I booked this apartment through Booking.com, expecting the standards and amenities presented in the listing, but the reality was significantly different from the description and photos. The condition of the apartment, its cleanliness, and the available amenities were far below what was promised, which directly affected the comfort of my stay.
I did not have the opportunity to report these issues during my stay, but immediately after returning home I contacted both the property and Booking.com. Booking.com intervened, but instead of properly addressing the issue, they offered me a small credit amount, which I did not accept, effectively ignoring my complaint. At the same time, the property refused to acknowledge any irregularities and showed no sense of responsibility.
As requested, on December 18 I sent detailed photos and documentation to the property, but to this day I have not received any response or confirmation. This complete lack of accountability demonstrates that neither the owner nor the managing agency, Capital Stay, takes guest experiences seriously. Capital Stay manages several properties in the area, but this case clearly shows that their “excellent reviews” are misleading and do not reflect the actual quality of their offerings.
Despite assurances of high standards, the apartment I stayed in was misrepresented on Booking.com, and the actual condition of the property was entirely inconsistent with what was shown online. It is evident that both the owner and the agency prioritize occupancy and appearance over honesty and genuine customer service.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. I was completely ignored by both the owner and the management agency. I strongly warn anyone considering this property: do not rely on the photos or reviews, as the reality is completely different and far below expectations.

- Olanrewaju (8/5): - Location is great. 2mins walk to train station. Very safe lots of security patrol. Good restaurants around the area. Staff were helpful and friendly. Building has no air conditioning but summer is not so common in UK anyways. So be ready to open the windows but it’s t bad at all.

The easy access to the O2 via the cable car.which if you show tickets for an event at the O2 the price is reduced by 50% The apartment could do with more attention to areas of cleaning.For example the Windows were dirty,the work surfaces were either dusty or smeary, It obvious there's been little or no change to the furniture, the fridge needs defrosting urgently though it works it's not efficient. Generally a good deep clean and a fresh coat of paint on all the walls would freshen up the apartment.

There was food on the balcony and dust coating the floor. 2 bed side lamps in each room, none of them worked. The guy came to check it out and then came back at 2330, we just wanted to go to sleep. Beds weren't comfortable. The apartment itself isn't in good condition, broken door handles, cracks in corners. Place needs some work. Very noisy, next to a train line, and what seemed like a building site next door.
Cannot emphasize how disappointing this was.

Tesco express downstairs very convenient, all facilities as advertised, host very responsive to help replace iron which was broken and unusable, help to arrange transport to and from airport The temperature was zero degrees when we landed and the heating system was not turned on, it took few hours for the room temperature to reach comfortable level, one of the clothes drying rack was broken and unusable, the kitchen sink clogs easily, had to pay £ 30 to for the service to unclog it, the transport booked for us from the apartment to airport for our flight home was too small and had inadequate space for all of us with luggage, the driver was unhappy, we explained it was not our fault as we have given all the necessary details, had no choice but to take the transport as it was 5am in the morning, the office only opens at 9am

- Chooi (6/5): It's alright. - Location; full facilities For check-in, we waited/stood 15min out in the cold weather during winter for the host despite that we have been communicating at least an hour earlier that we would be arriving by 8pm - for this, the staff mentioned that we can check out at 12noon instead of 11am. For check-out again, we waited for 15min for the staff to come over to collect the keys from us. The shower rooms were slippery and no bathroom mat were provided making it risky for my old mother. And the showers flooded due to clogged drain holes.

Parking on-site Apartment was a little cold as heating was off when we arrived.
Some heaters provided, but would have been better to have the main heating working properly and on before arrival.
