• Joseph (10/5): - This place is really great. It’s clean and the studio apartment has everything you would want. Everything is easy to do from the location. What makes it stand out is the wonderful owners. They take care of their property and their guests with genuine love. I felt like part of the family but had plenty of space. This is an easy decision. It couldn’t be better in anyway.

Cama grande e confortável, chuveiro forte e bem quente, ar condicionado, limpeza em dia, localização excepcional e anfitriã extremamente receptiva. Único ponto que senti falta foi uma duchinha higiênica no banheiro, mas nada que comprometesse nem um pouco a experiência. Nota 10. Retornarei sem dúvidas. Nada.

• Welly (7/5): We had a pleasant stay at Rosa dos Ventos Suíte 2 - The hosts were excellent communicators—responsive, friendly, and easy to reach as they live in the front house. The location is convenient, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and even the beach (about a 1-hour walk). The room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the hosts kindly stored our luggage for us. We experienced power cuts several times during our stay. It seems that the suites at the back of the main house do not have individual fuse boxes, so when all rooms are occupied, the power overloads and shuts off. The issue was usually resolved quickly by the hosts, but when it happened overnight, we had to wait until morning. Additionally, the internet connection was inconsistent and could be improved.

• Ran (10/5): 10 out of 10, you'd be lucky if it's available.. - Everything was perfect, It's a rare find! High quality linen, beautiful modern and clean. Super nice hosts. That I didn't stay longer.. Recommended!
• Alexander (9/5): Nice appartment in the center of Lagoa - Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet appartment, always hot water in the bathroom, comfortable bed, in the center of Lagoa. Friendly host. comunication a bit complicated. host speaks only portuguese. communication via google translate.

Being in a new country, not understanding the language and being treated as such was horri - The property itself was fine, I was quite happy with it as well as the location. Everything went well on my first night. On the second day I received a visit from a friend who lived in the same city. As soon as my visitor came, the owner came banging at my door and shouting at us. I was not aware that this would be a problem and even if it was it is unacceptable to be treated as such being a guest. He wouldn’t not even listen to me trying to explain myself or ask questions as I don’t speak Portuguese. He was just shouting non stop, was very rude and requested my guest to leave otherwise threatened he would cancel my booking. I decided to leave as well because I really did not like the experience. He promised to refund me for the reminding days which I did not spend there. Up till today, one month later, I have not been refunded.

• Victor (9/5): Nice location, reliable place to work - The host was super helpful and attentive to our needs. The internet was very reliable for work, they even provided two separated modems so they can have a backup just in case one of them doesn't work. The location is excellent, within a few minutes from the center of Lagoa da Conceicao. We had an issue with the electricity not working for a few minutes, but the host worked to fix the issue immediately. The place is great for one person, but it's a bit small for two adults. They do provide a small open are outside the apartment though.
