- Reinhard Stocker (8/5): Nach dem Anfangsärger gings gut. - Ich bekam eine Mitteilung ,wie man ins Gebäude kommt, dann zum Zimmer 20 und den Code dazu. Wir betraten das Zimmer und sahen , dass es besetzt war und gingen wieder. Ich telefonierte mit einer Mailbox und bat um einen Rückruf , der kam nicht. Bei der2.Nummer meldet sich eine Frau ,die mir erklärte , dass ich entgegen dem dem Gästeführer das Apartment18 für mich reserviert sei. wir sind wieder hingefahren und das Apartment war frei und sauber. warum man für den Fernseher einen Benutzercode eingeben soll , ist mir nicht klar. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war ein altes graues Haus direkt am Zaun.
- Maria (10/5): Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. - Die Lage war sehr gut, nah zum Stadt. Morgendliche Krähen eines Hahns aus dem Nachbarhaus verlieh unserem Aufenthalt ein Dörfliches Flair. Lebensmittelgeschäft ist nur wenige meter entfernt.

- Egbert (9/5): - Sehr guter Schnitt der kleinen Wohnung; genügend Platz für zwei Personen; fairer Pries, gutes Service Sehr viel mehr einfache Ausstattung für die Küche (v.a. Geschirr) würde den Aufenthalt für wenig Geld dramatisch verbessern; etwas hellere Beleuchtung im Wohnebreich.

- Ivana (10/5): Odlična lokacija, Self check-in kao super opcija, sve preporuke. - Odlična lokacija, sa samo jednim tramvajem i svega par stanica vožnje do glavnog okretišta i centra grada. Parking u garaži zgrade što nam je bila velika prednost. Self check-in kao super opcija. Veliki balkon s ljuljačkom za predivna, mirna jutra uz kavu. Apartman je opremljen svim što Vam treba bilo da ste došli u Graz samo za noć prespavati ili na više dana kao mi: obitelj s djecom. Mirno, tiho i prelijepo naselje St. Peter, a u blizini su: benzinska, market, restoran, kafić, pošta, stajališta busa i tramvaja. Naše preporuke i ako se budemo vraćali u Graz biramo ponovno ovaj apartman.

Nažalost u cijenu rezervacije nije uračunat parking, iako se apartman reklamira sa parkingom, garažni parking se nadoplačuje dodatno.. iz kupaone je dolazio smrad kanalizacije.. također popodnevni odmor je uništio alarm u apartmanu koji nismo znali ugasiti.. dva puta smo naišli da je glavni ulaz bio zaključan te smo u zgradu ulazili preko podzemne garaže..

- BaWüLer (7/5): Wie immer gibt es Licht und Schatten - aber wir würden (werden) wieder dort buchen! - Die Wohnung ist so eingerichtet, dass alles zur Verfügung steht, was man so braucht. Da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, haben wir weder die Küche, noch den Fernseher genutzt und quasi nur dort geschlafen. Ich glaube noch nicht mal auf dem Sofa sind wir gesessen :-) Es war erstaunlich ruhig, da die Wohnung (von der Straße aus gesehen) am weitest entfernten Punkt der Anlage liegt. Man hört morgens eher mal den Hahn krähen :-) Dusche (Warmwasser) funktionierte ebenso tadellos, wie das Wlan. Die Parkgarage ist ausreichend groß und es waren diverse Plätze bei der Ankunft frei - wobei wir das Auto während des Aufenthaltes auch nicht mehr bewegt hatten, erst zur Abreise wieder. Kleiner Wehrmutstropen: Aus den 8 Euro pro Tag für den Parkplatz wurden einfach 12 Euro... auf Nachfrage wurde nicht geantwortet aber schnell der Text bei Booking abgeändert. Das ist nicht ganz fair... Die Daten zur kontaktlosen Übergabe der Wohnung waren gut - es hat tatsächlich alles tadellos geklappt. Ich nehme an, dass die Schäden an den Wänden etc. von anderen Mietern stammen, welche achtlos die Wände beschädigen / verschmutzen... das ist traurig!!! So geht man doch nicht mit fremdem Eigentum um :-( Allerdings könnte man es mal ausbessern, da es das sonstige Bild etwas trübt. Eventuell würde auch ein wenig Farbe oder eine entsprechende Tapete die Optik etwas aufhübschen und ggf. sogar etwas schützen. Im Bad wäre eine Ablage & diverse Haken gut - denn so weiß man nicht, wo man seine Habseligkeiten und auch Wäsche oder Brille etc. ablegen soll. Platz wäre vorhanden. Ein kleiner Hocker zum Schuhe an/ausziehen im Flur würde auch Platz finden. Etwas erschrocken sind wir auf den ersten Blick über die Matratzen, die an den Enden etwas nach oben standen - dies scheint aber nur an den etwas unpassenden Spannbetttüchern zu liegen, denn geschlafen haben wir auf den (etwas schmalen) Matratzen ganz gut. zu den parkgebühren hatte ich mich schon geäußert.

- Urszula (7/5): Dobre miejsce na przystanek w podróży. - Podziemny garaż był wygodny, mieszkanie raczej czyste, dobre na krótki pobyt. Check in na kody. Ogrzewanie działało, w kranach była gorąca woda. Hałasu brak. Można gotować. Z okna widok na trawnik, mur i bardzo duże drzewo oraz ciekawe stare zabudowania. Z apartamentu jest wyjście na wygodnych rozmiarów balkon.

- Neda (10/5): ODLIČAN SMEŠTAJ, DOĆI ĆEMO PONOVO. - Lokacija dobra, smeštaj izuzetan Mala primedba, oko objašnjenja kako iz garaže stići u apartman, (nacrtano da se izadje iz zgrade) a mi smo jednostavno liftom otišli do apartmana.

Kontaktloses einchecken, funktioniert einwandfrei. Polster war für mich persönlich unbequem. Besser wäre ein kleinerer Polster. Ansonsten alles top.

- Katarzyna (8/5): Wszystko ok. - Bezproblemowe zameldowanie w nocy self-in.. Ładny pokój, wszystko jak na zdjęciach. Nasz pokój był niezbyt dobrze oznakowany, nie mogliśmy go znaleźć..
- Angelika (8/5): Spontan und gelungen - Der Apartment ist leicht öffentlich zu erreichen, befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, dadurch ist es angenehm leise, von der Straße gut getrennt. Drinnen hat man alles, was man für einen spontanen Aufenthalt braucht. In der Nähe kam man Lebensmittel einkaufen, es gibt auch eine kleine Bäckerei um die Ecke.

- Igor (10/5): Oase der Ruhe! - Das Apartment ist eine kleine Oase der Ruhe mitten in der Stadt. Auf dem Balkon in der Hängematte kann man wunderbar entspannen. Alles ist blitzsauber und perfekt ausgestattet – sogar an Kleinigkeiten wie Schwamm, Geschirrspültabs, Waschpulver, Zucker und Öl wurde gedacht. Besonders praktisch: der Parkplatz direkt im Haus. Absolut empfehlenswert!

- Stephanie (8/5): - Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und der direkte Zugang zur Wohnung via Lift war super. Der Grundriss der Wohnung war auch sehr gut. Bett war bequem. Das WLAN ist leider ziemlich langsam gewesen und ist manchmal ausgefallen. Es gab keinen Flaschenöffner in der Küche und die Nachbarn waren wirklich laut. Die saßen stundenlang auf dem Balkon und haben in einer sehr lauten Lautstärke gesprochen, gelacht … auch nach 22:00. Die Kirche hat man leider auch alle 15 Minuten bimmeln gehört. Ich musste auch über 24 Stunden auf eine Antwort warten bezüglich meiner Nachrichten via Email und booking.

- Agnieszka (5/5): - Apartament ma bardzo fajną lokalizację i parking podziemny co jest bardzo wygodne. Apartament był źle posprzątany. Nieprzyjemny zapach, brudne podłogi. Ogólne wrażenie bardzo przeciętne.

È disponibile un parcheggio in loco su prenotazione al costo di 12 euro al giorno, ma si trova comunque parcheggio libero poco distante. Bella sistemazione, cucina ben attrezzata, letto comodo, biancheria inclusa. Lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Ampio balcone. Nulla da rimarcare.

- Gabriel (5/5): - Einfacher, moderner check in. Gute Lage. Könnte etwas sauberer sein. Die Wände sind total verkratzt. Es gehört mal wieder gestrichen. Das Zustellbett ist eine Zumutung! Nicht mal ein achtjähriges Kind kann darauf schlafen. Zusätzlich knarzt es bei jeder Bewegung. Die Reinigungskraft sah um halb 10 ins Zimmer. Ohne klingeln oder klopfen!

- Marija (8/5): Excellent for anyone travelling with their own vehicle - We stayed overnight in the apartment. It was good and accomodated 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids) perfectly. Everything was explained in the check-in notebook, and went smoothly. The garage was available in the building, which is a big plus, and a bed plus sofa bed was enough for our short stay. The balcony was also a really nice. We would recommend to couples or families with two small kids.
