• Jo (5/5): Not feeling welcome, the frugal supply on basics is a disappointment and concerning . Suggest you advise on booking tha - The view After paying booking thru booking .com and paying for the accommodation in full , I received multiple emails from LJ Hooker request fora $300 bond which was mentioned when booking . I actually rant the office to check if We arrived late the SUNDAY afternoon approx 5:00 pm we used used the property to eat meals and sleep by Tuesday afternoon we ran out of toilet paper , so I rang LJ HOOKER to ask where would we find another toilet roll and advised they only supply enough to last a couple of days , we have go and purchase another toilet roll. There was 6 pods of coffee for two people staying 5 days ( to the shop to purchase another box of coffee pods)one tea towel , one dish cloth , advise must clean BBQ other wise non cleaned incurs a $50.00 cleaning fee , so I rang how do we manage the cleaning of the BBQ use the dish cloth supplied , I explained we are using the the and only dish cloth supplied as we use it wash dishes, wipe benches ,tables. You have to go and purchase cleaning cloth to clean the BBQ. This not a serviced B&B . Cream Chair cushions dirty and stained . We left our accommodation on Friday 06 March , and after two follow up calls and the promise each time bond would be desisted today NOPE , bond was deposited into my account on WEDNESDAY 18 MARCH. Not very welcoming ,while one understands it’s not serviced but surely at least supply extra or a full toilet roll. YES WE LEFT OUR PURCHASED TOILET ROLL THERE SO THE NEXT PERSON/S COMING ARE NOT CAUGHT SHORT !

• Kerry (9/5): Beautiful property with stunning views - There are so many good things about this accomodation. Firstly, it was clean which is so important in being able to enjoy your holiday. The location is fantastic! Its close to town so you can walk to café's etc but the highlight is being able to watch the sun setting over the river every night whilst sitting on the verandah. It is also very comfortable and the decor is lovely. It is very well appointed and I was very happy that the linen was provided as well. Thankyou for a great stay and we hope to be back as soon as possible! The only suggestion would be a small bbq on the verandah. The bathroom fan in the main bathroom may need to be looked at as it was very noisy escpecially when it was windy but it didn't worry us, just thought to let you know for maintenance .
