- Martin (1/5): Good location but overall I would not stay there again obviously. - Host was 30 minutes late to meet me in the sweltering heat and then on arrival, acted like I was ruining her day by making her miss the tennis game on TV she was watching. The cleaner (or perhaps the host, I don't know who) STOLE an expensive shirt that was accidently left in the closet when we left and I called within 20 minutes to ask them to hold it for us for a day or two until we returned to Milan. Host likely just couldn't be bothered to arrange for me to come and get it. Very very disappointed with this. Says it wasn't there, but it was. Very loud sound of water running/pipes in building all night> bring ear plugs if you are a normal to light sleeper. Sofa bed is not a comfortable bed at all.
- Jenna (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, 10/15 minute walk from the Duomo or else 1 metro stop away! 5 minute walk to restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the shopping area! The apartment was small but perfect for a couple. Great apartment overall!

- Riada (6/5): Convenient Location, Limited Comfort - My recent stay at YourHosty-Borgonuovo 4 in Milan had its ups and downs. The apartment's proximity to Duomo and a tram station made exploring the city easy. The small size and lack of privacy due to ground-floor windows were notable drawbacks. Additionally, limited amenities like towels and toiletries for a three-day stay left much to be desired. While the owner was pleasant, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

- Sabrina (7/5): Good - A very elegant apartment situated in an excellent place We had to wait 40 minutes in the street before receiving the keys and make the check in!. Fortunately some one from the building opened for us the front door because it was raining and the situation was unpleasent
- Jayant (10/5): Combination of super location and great value for money - The location is unbeatable. The host, Emanuella, is pleasant and helpful, and adjusting. Carrefour is close by. Duomo is close by. Berra and all the restaurents are also close by. As i said...location is unbeatable.
- May (1/5): most unwelcoming hospitality experience - location Had the most horrible hospitality experience in my life. My flight was supposed to land at night so we talked to the property about adding 80€ for lat check in. Unfortunately, the flight got delayed and we arrived later then expected. The host told us that it’s too late and “see you in the morning”. We were two young girls who had to look around the city for an hotel at 3 in the morning. the city was fully book and we ended up spending the entire night on the streets although we paid for the night. the property did not agree to refund that night.

- T (10/5): if wants to visit milan should stay here . The building is a heritage building in excellent condition !! - The locations is walking distance of Duamo and excellent modern flat with all amenities!! ideal for a couple the sofa cum bed was slightly uncomfortable

- Sukvinder (8/5): Amazing location and stay! - The location was very good! Great distance to all the local spots around Milan, this made getting around Milan by foot very accessible. The property was modern. Even though the property was modern there weren’t many designated areas to get ready and there was only one long mirror.
- Sokol (6/5): It is necessary to work on the level of service - Beautiful apartment in a prestigious central area of Milan The keys must be personally picked up from the hostesses. She was 40 minutes late for the meeting. The heating was turned off in the apartment - it was very cold. Climate control heating does not work. There is a broken button in the shower- the water turns off with great difficulty, the temperature of water is not regulated.
