Catherine (5/5): Probably not for foreigners or people who need help, but convenient. - Great location, clean, staff are proactive with contacting you. I didn’t realise that there wouldn’t be anyone there. I didn’t know where to pay, and the housekeeper had to contact the property manager to help me. She also helped me with a taxi - she was great! But it’s a lot of money for an unstaffed building where the lights on the staircase don’t work at night.
Monan (10/5): Lovely place - Clean and tidy. Great location Had to contact staff on WhatsApp to get into the hotel on two occasions. My key didn't work at one point.
Germana (6/5): Nice property and location, but bad management. - Breakfast was really basic, on the second morning there was no coffee available, and even when told about it , the host didn’t provide it. There was no toilet paper for replacement, and no one at the property to help. Shower water didn’t warm up. Better shower and breakfast, certainly more attention toward the guests and their needs, the host didn’t seem to care.
