- Anisha (10/5): At home away from home - The best location for a solo female traveler. The accommodation is spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Every amenity was there. Even a bit of groceries like salt sugar tea water oil. Which I appreciate. Everything i needed was only a whatsapp away. Even when I needed a hairdresser, massage, supermarket, directions, information. Melinda responded immediately no matter the time . I loved it . PETRALONA is so safe I am surprised the town doesn't get more publicity. There's families living there and children playing in the park at the church, and the metro is surrounded by restaurants and local people having coffee and wine, so you feel safe coming home or just strolling. I am 50 and wanted to experience the culture of the food and the history and warmth of old Athens ... My host and accommodation and all the businesses in the area made me feel so at home. Thank you Kalimera Sonia I didn't know the cellphone shops are closed on weekends. So could only get a sim card on Monday. But wifi at accomodation 💯
- Manuel (7/5): Good - Nice location, near the Petralona green metro stop, also everything needed was easily reachable within a 5 minute walk. The host was really helpful and responsive and the neighborhood was peaceful (unlike some more turistic places) AC wasn't working (at least for hot air), a lot of problems with the shower some of which had to be solved during the stay causing some time loss
