• Andrew (9/5): Nice location and clean. It’s great for one person that wants to leave the room and for short stays. - Nice location to Santa Cruz Metro. Clean and cozy as described. Hard to turn on the shower because of lose handles. Figured out a way after a while by torquing the handles. The gears were stripped. I did not ask for a fix because I found a way to turn it eventually.
• Luiz (2/5): Não poderia para ser pior! - Portaria não recebeu e-mail com a autorização da minha entrada e reserva, fiquei 40 minutos na rua aguardando autorização para entrar. Anfitriã INCOMPETENTE nao se conformou de ser chamada de INCOMPETENTE! Deveria mudar seus conceitos de competência! Outros problemas ocorreram, mas nao convêm relatar aqui pois na falta de competência da anfitriã, seria como perder meu precioso tempo. Portaria não recebeu e-mail com a autorização da minha entrada e reserva, fiquei 40 minutos na rua aguardando autorização para entrar. Anfitriã INCOMPETENTE não se conformou de ser chamada de INCOMPETENTE! Deveria mudar seus conceitos de competência! Outros problemas ocorreram, mas não convêm relatar aqui pois na falta de competência da anfitriã, seria como perder meu precioso tempo.

• Ana Paula Freitas (10/5): perfeita - A chegada com portaria segura. vizzinhança com sensação de segurança e da mesma forma o prédio. Muito conforto e tem mercadinho no térreo. a gentileza do anfitrião se refete na mesa posta para jantar com talheres, pratos e taça. Acessórios adequados. Vaporizador, secador de cabelos, cafteira eletrica, geladeira, microondas e panelas não tenho criticas.

• Adriana (7/5): Menor do que eu esperava. - Excelente localizacao. Limpeza. Cama comfortavel. Cobertores bons. Toalhas limpas. Mercados perto. Entupimento do vaso sanitario. Cafeteira e cook top não funcionaram. Rua da frente muito barulhenta dia e noite devido a transito de onibus intenso. Para trocar as toalhas queriam cobrar 75 reais.
