• Teresita (10/5): Very nice! - Everything. Spacious and location. Management is easy to communicate, Giada reply right away to all concerns. Instructions to get in to the apartment is easy to understand. Almost perfect, only one thing, from our last night, my son sleep on the sofa bed, when he wakes up he has a lot of bed bites.

• Nicole (10/5): En resumen ya hemos dicho lo encantada que estamos con el apartamento y unos pequeños defectos pero de ahí todo espectac - Encantada con el apartamento 10/10 El Ascensor, los aires no abastecían para el calor que hacía. La puerta del baño pequeño no cerraba bien.
• Sandrine (8/5): - Appartement beau et confortable situé au 6ème étage de la résidence avec ascenseur, climatisé dans toutes les pièces, vous avez également un balcon avec une petite table et un séchoir. Pizzas à emporter en face de la résidence (très bonne et abordable) Supermarché au bout de la rue, et de nombreux magasins, et restaurants. Situé à 10 minutes à pied de Tiburtina (métro et train) très facile d'accès pour visiter Rome. Manque un peu de vaisselle, la petite chambre aurait besoin d'être repeinte, ainsi que quelques murs de l'appartement

• Rachel (1/5): Just fine. Nothing special. - I arrived after 10 pm, and the lock box wasn't in the place as instruction. I called the emergency number and no one answered. I had to figure out by myself how to get in at the property. I was Lucky because I could figured out how to get in at the building and in the apartment as well. I got wrong and poor instructions! • Mike (10/5): Absolutely stunning. - This place is amazing. Well equipped kitchen. Great location. Clean and well taken care of. Comfy beds. Elevator (even though it is small). The neighborhood bakeries and gelato shops were welcoming. Supermarkets, restaurants and everything you could need within a few blocks. Tiburtina train station is less than a 10 minute walk. Perfect place to go down to see sites, then escape to a quiet (for Rome) area and sit on the balcony. Don't think twice and just book this place. This place is so good you will compare other rentals to it. The only thing that could possibly make it better would be a book of helpful items (trash locations, best local place to buy train tickets, etc).

• Daniela (4/5): Dissapointing experience, unfortunately. - Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms. Enough space for 5 people. Close to Tiburtina metro and train station. Good neighborhood. Where do I start ? Staff sent incomplete instructions about the apartment not even one instruction specifically on how to turn on electricity for the whole unit. There was dust on the floor and as well some of the bed covers had spots. The light over the sink in the main bathroom was broken. They didn’t leave enough toilet paper for 5 people. We had to buy our own. There is no soap or bathroom amenities such as a blow dryer. The lady that we contacted as reference in their out of office message on WhatsApp was rude and impolite when we asked how to turn on the electricity in the sockets or the boiler for hot water, which was more lukewarm than hot. She wasn’t able to provide a solution on the first night so we managed to shower with ice cold water. They didn’t know the first thing about that apartment. We had to solve the “mystery” of the electricity on our own as instructions didn’t mention anything. We asked for someone to come over to enlighten us about that, but they didn’t. Overall, poor and defective communication, as if we bothering them. The apartment is quite nice, but there is room for improvement in the tourist communication and accommodation services.
