- Kostadinov (4/5): - Location Not clean, the kitchen offered absolutely no condiments: salt in a jar of pasta sauce, whole black pepper and no mill, no oil, just bare bones kitchen, no coffee. The bathroom shower head was leaking making the whole room wet. The key entrance info was not updated. The entrance hall smelled bad. We constantly got calls from the intercom from people trying to access doctors on another floor.

- Christopher (6/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato io e la mia ragazza per tre notti in questo appartamento a Sofia nel periodo natalizio. La posizione è davvero eccellente, vicinissima a tutti i punti turistici e attrattivi della città, ottima per spostarsi a piedi con comodità. Purtroppo però l'appartamento presentava alcuni dettagli poco piacevoli per il soggiorno, a partire dalle tende che non oscuravano totalmente le finestre facendo di giorno entrare molta luce. A fianco a letto c'era un cesto contenente un plaid rosa, purtroppo zeppo di capelli di altre persone. Il divano in pelle, seppur comodo, si presentava coperto da un plaid che nascondeva la pelle rovinata del divano, rendendolo poco carino e usufruibile. Le camere sono piene di ragnatele con alcuni ragni dentro. Considerando le basse temperature, abbiamo riscontrato che uno dei due termosifoni presenti nella camera da letto, non funzionava. Nonostante ciò siamo riusciti a rendere la casa ugualmente calda, ma avrebbe fatto la differenza avere un termosifone funzionante in più. Il bagno, per chi non è abituato all'assenza del piatto doccia, rendeva difficile potersi lavare poiché si allagava tutto, ma di questo eravamo già a conoscenza vedendo le foto. Fortunatamente il bagno risulta caldo poiché c'è uno scaldino posto in alto vicino la porta. Infine, il phon non era funzionante e per di più si è bruciato davanti a noi, rendendo quindi impossibile asciugare i capelli. Non è una recensione fatta per dire di evitare questo appartamento, ma un consiglio per attuare alcuni aggiusti e di un po' di pulizia in più per rendere il soggiorno totalmente perfetto.

- Gloria (9/5): Estupendo con muy buena ubicación - Está muy bien ubicado, con todo lo necesario. Muy fácil la llegada y la cama muy cómoda, estuvimos super a gusto. Había alguna telaraña por el techo, que es alto, y el baño es un poco pequeño, pero por lo demás y para estar por la ciudad es perfecto.

- Daniel (8/5): Very good - Communication with the owner was easy. Access was smooth. It is situated on the ground floor at the very central and nice street. We weren't able to cope with the hot water boiler but didn't bother the owner. One of the heaters wasn't working but the other one provided sufficient heat.

- Boryana (9/5): Superb - Central location, easy communication with host, self check-in, spacious room, clean and cosy apartment with kitchen. Small bathroom, one heater was not working which might be a problem in colder weather, parking on the street is nearly impossible but paid parking lots are available nearby.
