• James (10/5): Really nice to stay at this property had everything we needed to make our stay a positive one. - Cozy comfortable property, would defo stay again if in the area again. Only issue was the upstairs neighbours were loud and could hear their every step.

• Susan (8/5): Beautiful property set amongst the trees, very peaceful yet close to bars/restaurants - Spotlessly clean, well equipped, very comfortable bed. Nice touches such as coffee capsules, towels and bag for the beach. Really easy access to the property with a code. Very quiet location, beautifully set amongst the trees not far from Noosa Junction and restaurants there Upstairs neighbors could be a bit noisy, woken by scraping of furniture and music. Booklet mentioned a speaker which would have been useful, but could not find. Worth noting that although walking distance to Hastings street it included a large hill so maybe bus better idea!

• Fiona (9/5): A clean and comfortable property in a central location and great value for money - We loved our stay at 'Fern Retreat.' If you are after a spotlessly clean and private property as a great base to explore Noosa from, this place is ideal. Compared to other properties we investigated, it was great value for money for a one week stay. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. The super-king bed and quality linen made for a comfortable night's sleep. The apartment has a pleasant outlook through a floor to ceiling dining window that looks over a green belt. It has a lovely big shower, and having a washing machine and dryer was handy. Noosa Junction is a pleasant 5 minute stroll down a well lit concrete path through the bush, and we enjoyed eating out each night at the suggested casual eateries listed in the compendium. The beach is a leisurely 25 minute stroll away, even negotiating the hill in between. Previous reviews mentioned noise from the apartment above. The presence of other occupants is apparent on occasion, but we didn't find this obtrusive at all. We didn't really use the balcony area other than to dry togs etc on the provided clothes rack, as the balcony was very small, the seating was not that comfortable and it only captured minimal sun. The balcony could also do with a sweep as each time we ventured out there, we got sandy feet!

Loved it! - The location was fantastic, only 2km's from Hastings street, I also loved that the car parking was really private and off the main road for our room. The room was super clean and modern and communication from host was excellent. Could not fault this accommodation. I did ask for a late check out, but it was not available, perhaps this could be an option.

• Paolo (9/5): Clean & comfortable place, close to all places of interest. - Location was excellent, only a 5 minute walk into Noosa Junction and 15 minutes walk to Hastings St. Clean, confortable and very quite & spacious apartment. Insufficient sound proofing of ceiling. When occupant home on level above footstpes were quite prominant and a little annoying, but this occurred on minimal occassions.

• Callum (9/5): Superb - It was a great location close to Noosa Junction and only about 10min-15min walk from Hastings St! Really clean and nice apartment. Nothing too flashy but very fit for purpose which was perfect for what my partner and i were looking for. The noise from above was a bit annoying at times, not much can be done here but there was a fair bit of stepping/stomping from above. I would still stay here again though!

• Stephanie (6/5): Expensive but a good location. - The location was great. It was a good size for one person. It was clean. Cockroaches at night. You could hear everything the upstairs neighbours did even just their walking around sounded like clomping on the ceiling. Back door area needs a fern garden.
