- Miran (1/5): Bad, bad, bad vacations - You have my complaint whic is still insolved. Heatings on electricity which was not in fuction. Outside -10oC, you can imagine. After complaint to owner he said that reception will solve the problem, but unfortinately reception didn’t solve. After first night problem with electricity,second evening problems started again. We informad owner, reception came and did not solve problem. We informed owner and reception that we are not prepare to spent vacation in this direction(without heating) and we leave and went home. Now booking did not solve our reclamation, because owner do not respond. I expect refound of 100% of price, gas for car and problems with vacations!!! This is not normal.
