- Надежда (10/5): Palm Beach это КЛАСС! - Отель комфортабельный. Номер с балконом с видом на море. Прекрасное питание. Огромный выбор блюд. Внимательный и дружелюбный персонал. Пляж доступен в любое время без ограничений. Песок, ракушки, навесы. Приезжали люди даже из бухты Дадунхай, где не всегда можно насладиться самым главным - морем... Санья чудесна! В погаговой доступности с отелем магазины, кафе, фруктовый рынок Огромный выбор экскурсионных туров. Есть разбежка в ценах, скидки. Самый лучший гид в отеле - Нина. Местная со знанием русского языка. Очень внимательна к людям!

- Anton (8/5): - Хорошее расположение первая и втррая линии, с выходом на пляж. Завтрак разнообразный и до 13-30)) единствнный минус, нет нормального зернового кофе. Убираются хорошо, чистое белое белье, полотенца меняют каждый день, дают пляжные полотенца. Территория супер, большая, тихая и чистая (мы жили в корпусах, которые называют виллами на первой линии) Не разговаривают ни на каком языке кроме китайского, трудно чтото объяснить если надо. Сам отель хороший, продуманный но старый, требует ремонта уже.
- Savenko (4/5): - Отель находится на берегу моря, хороший пляж, но мало лежаков от отеля. Возле отеля находится дорога и удобно добраться до достопримечательностей или до центра города на такси или на автобусе. Сам отель очень старый, как будто попадаешь в 80. В отеле вроде бы чисто, но из за общей усталости всех зданий и территорий выглядит удручающе. Один бассейн не работает, во втором очень много людей собирается. Сам бассейн очень сильно хлорируется, очищается старинными технологиями и не выглядит чистым даже с утра. Персонал не очень доброжелательный, английский не понимает, через приложение на китайском делает вид что не понимает. Из еды брала завтраки, в принципе еды много, но опять же все неаккуратно как то. Рядом с отелем нет точек питания, только или идти примерно 1 км, или на такси ехать. На территории есть магазинчик, можно купить лапшу, сладости, пиво. И пара китайцев могут сделать пиццу, сварить пельмени.В общем отель подойдет для старшего поколения, без особых претензий. Кому нужно море и немного основных достопримечательностей.

- Azamat (6/5): Good nature, good location, but hotel is not in good condition - Only thing I liked is nature of resort. no english speaker staff, no russian also, they always use translator to communicate with us. Old rooms, poor breakfast, no towels provided for swimming pool

- Marat (1/5): - Прилетели ночью в Санью с друзьями.Нас встретил наш китайский друг с супругой.Заехали в этот отель.Хотели остановится до утра.Почему до утра? ,потому что мы нашли лучше отель и ранее бронирование админ отеля не отменил и на наши письма вообще не отвечал. Пришлось изменить количество дней пребывание на один день.Номер телефона ,указанный для связи вообще не существует . Сонная девушка-работница отеля так и не нашла нашу бронь.Не помогло общение нашего друга с ней на китайском языке.Не советую.
- Jens (9/5): Ruhiges gepflegtes Hotel mit medizinischem Wellness-Angebot. - Ein ruhiges und sehr sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und guter Atmosphäre. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr die neueste, wird aber hervorragend gepflegt. Der schöne Strand liegt direkt gegenüber – man muss lediglich einmal die Straße überqueren. Besonders hervorzuheben: Im Hotel gibt es eine medizinische Einrichtung, die auf Akupunktur und Massagen spezialisiert ist, zudem ist mindestens einmal pro Woche ein Arzt vor Ort – ideal, wenn man sich zusätzlich etwas Gutes tun möchte. Das Frühstück ist landestypisch gestaltet und frisch zubereitet. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel für entspannte Urlaubstage, vor allem wenn man Sauberkeit, Ruhe und kurze Wege zum Strand schätzt.

Место для завтраков великолепное - просторное, чистое, кругом зелень, птички, свежесть. Завтраки шикарные. Разнообразные и очень вкусные. Спасибо поварам и персоналу! Не хватает, катастрофически мало, лежаков на пляже.

Все блюда очень вкусные и свежие. В столовой всегда чисто, не смотря на большое количество людей. Место для завтраков (обедов и ужинов) отличное - зелень, птички поют, ветерок обдувает. Недостаточно лежаков на пляже. Все-таки это пляжный отдых, можно было бы и побольше лежаков поставить.

- Praveen (4/5): Do not recommend unless all the other hotels nearby are booked!! - Location of the Hotel is ideal . But was not traceable in the local map- had to locate it in the Google for the taxi driver. Drop off To the airport takes around 15 minutes The approach of the reception staff is Horrible. There is hardly any smile on their face. They even cant figure out whether we are speaking in English or Russian. Strange to find that the signboards are in Russian only! It took them more than 1 hour to check-in though I had requested for early check-in. The rooms are old fashioned with least amenities. The assortment of the breakfast is good but nothing worth to speak about. There is no airport drop facility however, I was lucky enough that I was helped by the receptionist at 3:00 am in the morning. The stores outside the Hotel has pretty much and was lucky to have it. The beach is around 200 m from the Hotel and that is the only plus( most of the Hotels on this road are these close too)
