• Aswad (9/5): Great Place- Stay here if you are travelling with Family!! - The facility as a whole is very nice with clean apartment, new furniture and kitchen appliances. The area is great with lively neighborhood and close to Hyde park and Oxford Street I requested host to give early check in at 9 AM, and they managed to provide it on time as i was travelling with my family 1) Mode of Communication - Host communicates on Booking.com. They should have Whatsapp chat server where they can communicate with the guest instead of Booking.Com 2) They should have a cleaner coming in at the apartment specially if the stay is long. They should charge guest extra for the service

We were forced to use the stairs as the lift was broken. There was rat poison on the stairs. This is insult for the amount of money we have paid.

The apartment is located in the middle of Paddington and Edgware Road tube stations. We could reach every corner of the city in a very short time. All the details were thought out for our comfort in the apartment. All the furniture was new, clean and comfortable. The photos of the apartment reflect the reality exactly. It is very spacious and bright. The heating was very good. And both the neighborhood and the apartment were incredibly quiet. We felt very safe both in the neighborhood and in the apartment. There were Starbucks, Marks and Spencer Food Hall and local markets within a 5-minute walk. We easily met all our needs. The hosts were very professional, helpful and communicative. On the day we were going to check in, they gave us very detailed and useful information on how to easily reach the apartment. It was our first trip to London. And thanks to you, we felt at home. Thank you very much. Hope to see you again :)

With our young kids and baby we were able to walk to many famous places in london. The view from the apartment was great too. Sometimes the lift was out of order. But it was repaired very quickly. We took it easy since the location was great.

• Raihana (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent location with lots of arabic restaurants and shops nearby. Edgware road metro station is very close and a few bus stops too. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities as we have at our home. Check in and check out was smooth and the host was kind enough to allow an early check in. The lift wasn't working on our check in and we had to carry all our luggage and climb 6 floors!! An alternate lift started functioning later in the day and we were using that lift during 3 days of our stay there.

Thoroughly recommended - great location, brand new, aircon!! the lift up to the property wasn’t the best but it just made it even nicer to find such a lovely property at the end of it.
