• fertakab (8/5): Bom custo benefício - O apartamento é próximo da estação de metrô, silencioso e com mercado próximo. A luminosidade é grande logo cedo, seria bom um blackout. Tinham várias formiguinhas entre as camas.

• Fran (10/5): Divertido - Solo necesitas un código para poder entrar de la habitación y del edificio, por lo que el check-in es fácil de realizar ya que no te tiene que esperar nadie para entregártelas. La ducha es típica japonés. Pudimos usar la bañera y llenarla hasta arriba. Fue muy divertido. El mando de la calefacción no funcionaba. Menos mal que se podía encender de forma manual.

• Alemany (6/5): - L’emplacement est bien avec un 7/11 à moins de 100m La machine à laver fonctionne bien c’était un peu sale ! Et nous avions besoin d’une réponse à nos questionnements mais on nous répondait toujours 10h plus tard et bien souvent à côté de la plaque. Service client lent. Il n’y a pas d’explication pour les équipements

• YURI (5/5): - 歯磨き粉や洗剤など、細かいものまで揃っていました！ 細かい掃除が行き届いてなかったです。 壁側のホコリやお風呂のピンクカビが気になってしまいました。 でも料金やすいので、仕方ないかな。

• Mkhanplm (6/5): it was good stay i did not meet anyone to check in the facility was good compatible coosy - A bit far from the train station, but it's walkable without the luggage. Otherwise, it fantastic place to stay. Better communication is the key to good business. They are passing the check-in information very late, as I saw people arriving at the facility struggling to check in, as they did not have access to the internet to retrieve the check-in information which were provided when they were in travel.

• Emma (9/5): Très bon rapport qualité/prix - Appartement tout équipé très pratique Le ménage pourrait être amélioré: beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles, Clim….
• FuJung (10/5): 小巧美但五臟俱全，非常方便！乾淨、舒服自在，唯一小缺點是在靠近馬路，建議自備耳塞。 - 交通和房間設備方便貼心 隔音效果
• Yu Hsin (9/5): - 房間乾淨舒適，住比較多天所以屋子裡就有有洗衣機很方便。走路不到兩分鐘就到7-11，附近也有超市、麥當勞，不怕晚上沒東西吃。 想要提早寄放行李或是check in都是可以跟房東溝通的。旅行到一半的時候行李箱壞掉，跟房東說了之後答應我幫忙處理要丟掉的大型垃圾（只要付500日圓），很親切、回覆又迅速。 附近很安靜，晚上睡得很好。 最近的車站走路約十分鐘，有點小遠。但是多走點路、運動一下還可以的。

• Charlène (5/5): Sommeil très difficile mais bon rapport qualité prix. - L’emplacement était très pratique, 10 minutes à pied de la gare, un conbini et un supermarché juste à côté, ainsi qu’un petit parc pour enfant. Restaurants et centre commerciaux aussi dans les environs (15/20 minutes de marche). C’était relativement propre, et tout le nécessaire était fourni. Bon rapport qualité prix. Check in très facile. Si vous avez besoin de silence et d’obscurité pour bien dormir attendez vous à des nuits inconfortables. J’étais au rez de chaussée, donc j’entendais le trafic dans la rue, en plus de l’autre côté du mur (très fin) de la chambre à coucher était l’entrée de l’immeuble, les escaliers (on entendais les pas des gens qui montent), les boites aux lettres (métalliques) et une machine assez bruyante (sûrement une sorte de chauffe eau général à tout l’immeuble). Obligée de dormir avec des boules quies donc très inconfortable. Il n’y avait pas de volets et les rideaux aux fenêtres étaient très fins donc il faisait grand jour à 5 heures du matin. Heureusement je n’y suis restée que 4 nuits car j’étais plus fatiguée en partant qu’en arrivant.

• Chris (9/5): Superb - The kitchen was great to be able to cook our own for a cha ge. The provision of a washing machine meant we could wash ready for thr next leg of our trip Instructions for entry confused us at the start because we thought we had to use the lift but it wasn't necessary
• Kaizan (10/5): Love the place. Pleased to have stayed here for my trip and seen a different side to Osaka. - Very close to the Shin-Fukae train and Fuse train stations. Also, very close to many shops and restaurants. The shops and restaurants were also cheap and not tourist pricing. There is a 7Eleven and SunPlaza store 20 meters away. If you want to see real Japan and stay away from tourist pricing please do yourself a favour and book F House residence. It’s like a small apartment with everything provided included laundry powder and toothpaste. I could not have asked for anything better for my first trip to Japan. The owner is also very respectful and responds to any query immediately. Just the bed a bit too hard for my liking and the pillows bit too soft.
