This place is truly special. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed not just as a guest—but as part of a family. The hostel is full of life, thanks to their adorable pets: three friendly cats, a chicken, a duck, and even some turtles that are currently underground for the season. If you love animals, this place is paradise. And if you don’t have pets yet… trust me, after staying here, you’ll definitely want some! The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and full of positive energy. They have a bar with live music every night, which makes the evenings unforgettable. The food at the bar is extremely delicious, and with free breakfast, the value for the price is amazing. The hostel is also incredibly clean. The bathrooms are spotless and comfortable, and the beds are really comfy. Huge respect to Rita, the cleaning lady, for keeping everything shining. Asjola at reception is kind and helpful, always with a smile. Flori is super friendly and makes everyone feel welcome, and Joy brings so much positive energy to the place. After spending 11 nights here, I can honestly say Bob Marley Hostel has become a home in the heart of Tirana. I am happy to say I’ve found a new family here. Whenever I come to Tirana, I won’t even think twice about where to stay—this will always be my home. A lovely place, wonderful people, amazing atmosphere, and a very fair price. Totally recommended! Сануезел один общий в комнате где все слышно и есть 2 в коридоре. Полотенце бесплатное. Кровать удобная и красивая. На ночь не закрывалось окно, очень замерзла. За эту цену хотелось бы улучшить завтрак, только кофе и круассан. Дверь в ванную комнату сломана и можно просто не выйти без помощи. Мало розеток, не у каждой кровати есть.

Bana rahatsız hissettirebilecek her hangi bir hijyen sorunuyla karşılaşmadım. Konumu harika. İster toplu taşıma, ister yürüyerek her yere kolayca ulaşılabilecek konumda. Benim konakladığım tarihte akşamları tatlı bir amca canlı müzik yapıyordu ve güzel şarkılar söylüyordu. Çalışanlar ve sahipleri tatlı ve yardımsever. Ben 6 kişilik yatakhanede konakladım. Banyonun kilidi bozuktu. Açmak ve kilitlemek sorundu. Ortak olduğu için bu bir sorundu. Kaldığım odada internet hiç çekmiyordu. O dönem için mi bir arızaydı yoksa her zaman mı böyleydi emin değilim.

• Sarvesh (8/5): Good value for $ - Convenient location, walking distance to Skanderbeg Square and multiple public transit options. Most major sights of Tirana are a short walk away. Although the property is a hostel at the back end of a restaurant / bar you can barely hear any restaurant noise inside the rooms. Pretty standard breakfast. The staff is extremely helpful. The owner Ana along with Egleis & Joy were wonderful and happy to answer any questions. Weak Wifi. The wifi was non existent in the rooms. The rooms could use more lights.
• Ramon (10/5): Spitzenmäßiges Hostel - Das Bob Marley BnB & Hostel war alles, was wir von einem Hostel auf unserer Reise erwartet haben - freundliches Personal, eine sehr einladene und entspannte Atmosphäre (wahrscheinlich auch aufgrund des Hostel Hundes Sasha, den Enten, Hühnern und Katzen) und dem generellen Vibe. Preis-Leistung könnte meiner Meinung nach nicht besser sein. -

The bed is very comfortable and, for the price, towels and breakfast are included (which is not very common for a hostel and really appreciated). I would definitely stay here again.

• Katrin (7/5): Die Gastgeber habe eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre geschaffen, in der wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. einziger Minuspunkt war - Das Personal war sehr nett, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Alles was man so braucht war vorhanden. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war immer sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer ging direkt auf den Innenhof des Hostels wo es jeden Abend bis Mitternacht Livemusik gab. Solange sie lief, konnte man nicht schlafen, da es einfach zu laut war.

Everything is super clear, everything smells very nice, clean bathrooms, good breakfast, super friendly staff, location great, very nice music during the day in the lobby.

• Christin (4/5): - Das Personal war sehr nett. Um in das gemeinsame Bad zu gelangen mussten wir durch das Restaurant laufen, das war nicht in der Beschreibung angegeben und uns sehr unangenehm. Ausserdem ging die Musik bis spät in die Nacht was nicht grade angenehm ist wenn man direkt daneben liegt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber auch nicht besonders herausragend.

The accomodation was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed being around all the animals in the outdoor areas! The food and drinks were also delicious 👌 We were able to get Traditional Albanian dance lessons sorted by Joy which I would 100% recommend.

The doorms have no door and there is a super strong light in the corridor before getting in. It was consistently being turned on during the night. If you are light sensitive and eye mask is a must.

Zeer veel geluidsoverlast van het eigen restaurant met live muziek. Met name de gele kamer. Deze komt uit in het restaurant. Met de zeer luide live muziek is het eigenlijk niet mogelijk om te verhuren naar onze mening. Klein raam kan slechts open richting het restaurant waar veel gerookt word. De kamer heeft geen airco.

Salle de bain et toilettes propres mais communes et séparées de la chambre. L’adresse indiquée sur booking n’est pas la bonne et il n’y a pas de parking comme il est pourtant indiqué sur l’annonce. Il y a de la musique jusqu’à 00h environ (la chambre est mal insonorisée).
• Flo (10/5): Un petit coin de paradis en plein centre ville ! - Un établissement convivial et familial situé en plein cœur de Tirana. Vous pouvez visiter la ville à pieds depuis la Guesthouse. On vous le recommande si vous souhaitez le partage, la bonne humeur et les bonnes énergies ! Un lieu vraiment jolie et qui a été retapé avec goût !! Le soir de notre nuit, petit concert avec un musicien Albanais. Super équipe ! Merci pour cette belle expérience

• Sara (4/5): - Very central and near bus stop. Outdoor garden area was nice. Pastas didn’t have much flavour. Room was right outside the bar area and was noisy til midnight. More for people who want to stay up and have a drink.
• Anestine (8/5): - The location is great. This was my first stay at a hostel, initially was sceptical. All in all the room was well kept , good breakfast and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Wifi signal was initially a bit difficult but settled. If you are not an animal lover then this stay is not for you as there are 2 cats, who are quite friendly.

• Wendy (5/5): The guy who claims to be employed by the CIA with a German accent is weird. Viral bronchial illness - This hostel was very nice. However, here are the challenges I experienced: Showers and bathing areas were very clean, large, exceeded expectations. There are cats that are dieing, and thus lose bodily fluids on the bedding, which smells rather decrepit. The dorm room is all single twin beds - excellent. The location is two blocks one way from the central market, and two blocks the other way from VERY expensive Conan Italian Market. Hint- a grocer that is higher priced than California grocery stores in L.A. There is a weird guy from Albania that MIGHT be psychopathic who claims to have worked for the CIA. He has breathing problems, and will try to engage you in conversation about weird stuff, while also trying to infect you with various bronchial maladies, and also snooping through your stuff if you leave the hostel. Avoid this situation, because it is truly, virally insane. The children there are extremely lovable types who adore painting. The bedroom is weird. There is a window area of Bob Marley that not only has no A/C, but is also very closely aligned to poor building codes, so that rats and other vermin may easily access the dorm sleeping areas.

• Guest (6/5): - der Außenbereich ist top und sehr einladend, das Essen war sehr lecker und die Chefin sehr freundlich und bemüht :) Ich hatte das Gemeinschaftszimmer mit 6 Betten welches grundsätzlich sehr geräumig ist. Privatsphäre hat man keine aber das hatte ich auch nicht erwartet. Das Zimmer verfügt allerdings über keine Tür, es scheint durchgehend Licht vom Gang rein und es ist entsprechend laut. Es gibt nur eine Klima am Ende des Zimmers, was bei offener Tür für die Betten weiter vorne nicht wirklich was bringt. Es gibt Katzen an der Unterkunft und eine hatte sich mitten in der Nacht ins Zimmer verirrt und saß plötzlich auf meinem Bett… das gab kurz einen Herzinfarkt.. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und erinnerte an eine Baustelle. Ameisen und Gelsen waren auch gut vertreten.

• yaquelin (8/5): - La ubicación es buena, al igual que el WiFi. Que sean camas individuales como se ve en las fotos. Cómodas y amplias. Con mesita de noche y lámpara de mesa. Mi cama era la #2 y no tenía interruptor. Me toco conectar el cargador en el interruptor de la entrada. La habitación es de 6 camas y solo hay 4 lockers. Me llamo la atención pero como solo éramos 3 la primera noche y luego 2, olvidé preguntar por ese detalle. Los lockers tienen llave que te entregan al hacer el check-in, no hace falta candado. La habitación es amplia. Tanto que el equipo de calefacción que tiene y que está ubicado en una esquina, no da abasto.También afecta que la habitación no tenga puerta para mantener una temperatura agradable en invierno. Me toco taparme con 2 colchas. Mi cama era la segunda desde la puerta abierta y alejada de la calefacción. El techo de la habitación no se de que está hecho pero se siente todo muchísimo, sobre todo cuando llueve( aunque no llega a ser del todo molesto). La habitación no tiene ventanas, quizas por eso no hay puerta. El baño es amplio y sigue en proyecto. Tiene productos de higiene. Dan buenas toallas que no hay que pagar extra. El patio es hermoso tal cual se ve en las fotos. Al ser abierto, una de las mañanas mismo que tenía el abrigo puesto y que me ofrecieron para taparme, fue incómodo tomar el desayuno. Antes de escribir, volví a mirar las fotos y las han cambiado. El desayuno no se corresponde con las fotos ( ni las antiguas y mucho menos las nuevas) Suelen estar pendientes del gato para que no moleste pero al no haber puerta, el muy picaro siempre termina colándose en la habitación. Personal amable. Había mucha tranquilidad. Éramos muy pocos y el proyecto del patio, no estaba funcionando. Escribí todo en la otra parte pues no llegan a ser cosas que resultan desagradables. Si no puse una mejor calificación es porque el precio me pareció elevado para lo que se ofrece en comparación con otros lugares en Tirana. Las intenciones son muy buenas pero no están al nivel de lo que cobran. Es un hostel, no un hotel. Espero que algún día cercano logren completar el proyecto y que permitan pagar con tarjeta. Les deseo éxito.

• Budini (10/5): - This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very beautiful and comfortable. Air conditioner, the bathroom was nice and everything clean.

• Debora Zilli (9/5): - Posto super carino e molto ben tenuto, personale accogliente e molto chill! Fanno anche bistró con prodotti tipici e serate di musica jamaicana. Ci hanno dato consigli per il soggiorno e aiutato. Inoltre presenti nell'hotel c'erano una gattina, due paperelle e una tartaruga 😍🫠 Noi abbiamo preso una stanza privata e faceva un pó caldo in quanto non c'era il clima.
• Zdeněk (5/5): - Great location close to the skanderbeg square and quite enjoyable menu, the lamb-one (we stayed for a dinner) was indeed delicious. The combination of an unfortunately situated Lemon room (I cannot really recommend this one: minimal narrow window, more like a goat shed in the past, directly adjacent to the bar open space) and an unbelievably ignorant staff in the late night hours until long after 1am (loud talking again and again righ behind the room front wall) was somehow too much even for myself, rather very tolerant person. Every single of our 3 other accomodations during our trip in the country(!) (and every breakfast..) was much more pleasant than this. Overall, the place IMO seems to lack maintenance and slowly verging to "faded glory". Which is a pity.

• FROMENTEAU (10/5): Je recommande sans hésiter ! - Tout était parfait. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et bienveillant. Le logement est propre et la terrasse est un véritable havre de paix. On se sent ici comme à la maison. Un grand merci pour cet accueil chaleureux. Je reviendrais !
• Jimmy (10/5): Sorprendente - Una struttura situata a due passi dal centro di Tirana, comodissima e accogliente, meglio di quanto pensavo. Il proprietario era molto ospitale e mi ha offerto da bere, mentre stavo fuori sotto gli alberi a godere la serata. La camera era confortevole, tranquilla e pulita. La colazione molto buona. C'era la possibilità di mangiare in struttura e provare piatti tradizionali albanesi e i prezzi erano convenienti. Ve lo consiglio . Praticamente non ho trovato difetti.

• Valbona (10/5): - Mein Aufenthalt in dem o.g. Hostel war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich. Mir persönlich hat es dehr gut gefallen da, einzel Betten und kein Stockbetten vorhanden waren. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Bad seh modern. Schränke mit Schließfächer waren vorhanden. Die Besitzer waren gastfreundlich. Nachkommoden und Steckdosen zum Aufladen meiner Handy (das wichtigste auf jede Reise) waren vorhanden. Das Früstück war sehr gut...alles BIO... frisch gepresste Orangensaft. Das Hostelzimmer hatte kein extra Tür, aber ich als Frau fühlte mich nicht unsicher. Der innen Hof war sehr schön eingerichtet. Mit FEUERLAGER 💥💥💥 (sehr romantisch für Paare) und Fernseher. Ich würde wieder zurückkommen.
