• Ianette (1/5): A biohazardous, cockroach-infested nightmare managed by deceptive hosts - NOTHING. This was not a 'stay,' it was a health hazard. The property is uninhabitable. There was a severe cockroach infestation and toxic mold in the air conditioning. The host (Flavio) and co-host (Ro) are dishonest and ignored all emergency communications while we were stranded at night. We had to pay for a hotel out-of-pocket because Booking.com and the hosts failed to provide a safe environment. Biohazards: Extensive cockroach infestation and toxic pink/black mold in the AC unit. We even have video footage of the live baby cockroaches coming from the floorboards! Filth: The blankets were unwashed and covered in yellow bodily fluid stains. Fraudulent Listing: The 'Private Pool' is a communal building pool, and the 'Washing Machine' listed is actually an extra-cost service in the building basement—it is NOT in the unit. Host Bad Faith: The hosts ignored my messages but then sent 'check-out' instructions to fraudulently imply we completed the stay. Medical Impact: Both my husband and I fell ill after being forced to stay the first night under duress as no other options were available after midnight. It doesn't even deserve a 1 rating (but that's the lowest one can select). We are now taking further action. A property like this should NOT be on Booking.com

• DIOGO (10/5): Excelente opção em São Paulo! - Anfitriões super atenciosos, cuidaram de todo o processo de checkin com antecedência. Checkin super facilitado através de reconhecimento facial. Usamos a acomodação somente para apoio, banho e pernoite, porém é muito completa. Embora eu não tenha utilizado, vi que tinha airfryer, fogão por indução, enxoval, entre outras facilidades. O prédio possui academia e piscina no rooftop. Tem um bar logo ao lado com boa comida e preço honesto, e uma padaria também que oferece um excelente café da manhã. Sem dúvida é um excelente custo benefício para quem quer viajar aà São Paulo.

• Jackeline (9/5): - É fiel às fotos, bem seguro o edifício, coanfitriã Rosangela super acessível, apartamento novo, tinha utensílios para uso na cozinha, roupas de cama e toalhas de excelente qualidade e estavam cheirosas, possuem ferro de passar roupa, localização próxima à locais para fazer suas refeições , possuem ventilador para uso de quem dormir na sala, quase todo dia havia carro de polícia próximo a entrada do prédio, consideramos seguro. Porta do Box do chuveiro muito estreita,, de fato, uma pessoa um pouco acima do peso, terá dificuldade para utilizar.
