• Michaela (9/5): Appartement in außergewöhnlich guter Lage mit sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgebern - Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut, in verkehrsberuhigter Umgebung. Alle relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß wirklich gut in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegen der Campo dei Fiori und die Piazza Navona sowie der Ponte Sisto. Es gibt zahlreiche Lokale und Geschäfte in der Umgebung. Unmittelbar daneben befindet sich eine hervorragende Bäckerei (Roscioli), wo die Leute Schlange stehen. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht, sie ist geräumig, vor allem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern war hervorragend, alles war perfekt organisiert, Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Transfer zum Flughafen wurde organisiert. Wir konnten das Gepäck bis zum Nachmittag in der Wohnung lassen, was für uns eine enorme Erleichterung war. Was auch schon aus den bisherigen Bewertungen hervorgeht und uns nicht gestört hat, weil wir aufgrund der Bewertungen darauf eingestellt waren, ich erwähne es aber, falls jemand andere Bedürfnisse hat:  In den frühen Morgenstunden hört man Betriebsgeräusche der Bäckerei. Ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist sehr dunkel, was uns nicht gestört hat, da wir uns die meiste Zeit außerhalb aufgehalten haben. Der Vorteil ist, dass man nicht weit zu Fuß hinaufgehen muss. Aussicht oder Balkon gibt es nicht. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr schmal, etwa 1,40 Meter breit. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist sehr nachgiebig, man sinkt ein. Die Betten könnte man verbessern, das ist unser einziger Kritikpunkt, ansonsten passt alles!

• Lutz (10/5): - An incredible stay in a perfectly central location. Because the apartment faces a quiet interior courtyard, we didn't hear any street noise at all, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. While this makes the space a bit darker than the photos may suggest, it didn’t detract from our experience at all. Our host was wonderfully responsive and flexible with our arrival time, meeting us in person to explain everything. The local restaurant recommendations were absolutely invaluable and made our visit even more special!

Ванная комната просторная и удобная. Одна проблема квартиры это звукоизоляция и мало солнечного света. Особенно со стороны спальни. Звукоизоляция. Шум от соседей которые разговаривают бывает слышен отовсюду.. Внизу находится известная пекарня которая начинает работать в 4 утра. Шум мешает спать пока не привыкнешь. В кухне приборы были не очень чистыми.
• Gerald (8/5): - Le logement est exceptionnellement bien placé, complètement et très bien équipé, spacieux, joliment décoré, propre, calme et confortable. Il est parfait pour 2 personnes qui souhaitent découvrir Rome ou simplement profiter de la ville. L'accueil est impeccable. Et de mon point de vue, le tarif est très bien placé et cohérent avec le bien proposé. L'appartement a tout de même un petit défaut qui est sa luminosité. En effet, les seules fenêtres qui permettent de voir un peu du ciel romain sont exposées au Nord, sur une façade encaissée entre d'autres bâtiments. Les autres fenêtres à l'Est et à l'Ouest donnent sur des sortes de puits de jour. D'autre part, il n'est pas envisageable d'ouvrir les fenêtres sans récupérer le bruit et la chaleur des groupes extérieurs des climatisations des logements avoisinants. Sans cela, le logement serait quasiment parfait. Bien entendu, si vous venez avec l'intention de pleinement profiter de la ville, vous ne le remarquerez peut-être pas.

Bakery downstairs starts work a 4 am and one morning the banging around and shouting was pretty bad…it got better when I went down in my pj’s and complained. Also construction going on in a nearby flat during the day..power drill etc.

• David (8/5): Very good - The apartment has a really good location. The staff is very responsive, sociable and positive, always ready to help. Old repairs, there is no toilet flush panel, I had to press the internal drain mechanism. The apartment was not cleaned upon check-in, there was a lot of dust. In the morning at 6:30, the staff of the cafe, which is located under the apartment on the ground floor, come and make a lot of noise, which prevents sleep. All windows overlook small courtyards, so you will not be able to open windows and shutters. The apartment looks a lot better in photos than in reality.

It is spotlessly clean and well equipped, located just a couple of minutes' walk from Campo de’ Fiori’s market square, which boasts an abundance of restaurants and independent shops. There's also an excellent bakery very close to the apartment's entrance as well as a supermarket and pharmacy at the end of the street. Communication with the host was responsive and efficient. The location is great, in a good neighborhood. Laura were very helpful and charming. The apartment was cozy, clean, and spacious with very cool decorations. We really appreciated the tasty treats. The beds could have been a little more comfortable. The main bed was only a double, which felt small for my 6'5" husband and me. The sofa bed was larger but very squeaky. While the main bedroom was lovely, cozy, and quiet, we slept in the living room, which was quite noisy from about 4:30 AM due to the bakery downstairs.

It was spotless and very well stocked with essentials. Communications with Jonathan and his agent Laura were excellent. They really look after their guests. A heavier blanket or comforter would have allowed us to turn down the apartment heater overnight.

He even offered to get us a baby highchair, which was really helpful. Air conditioning in bedroom and living room Has everything you need - tv, dishwasher, washing machine, plates, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. Everything is clean. Noisy early in the morning because of Forno Roscioli opening at 7:30. Hot water boiler takes quite a while to heat up. Bed in the bedroom is not that big.

Host was more than helpful, we had a small problem with coffee machine and this was fixed immediately, also we received a list of recommendation for bars and restaurants which was helpful. There was enough space in apartment, good equipped kitchen, internet was working good, beds were comfy, all in all, very good experience. It was quite noisy which you could expect from Rome city centre, but windows didn't provide much soundproofing.
