• Mirza (1/5): - Someone messed up badly, either booking.com or the owner. I had a canceled reservation the same day and I booked this place instead while I was on my way to Sofia. This Reservation was accepted, money taken, all good. 2 hours after I receive a message that they are fixing plumbing, which is something similar that the previously canceled owner said. Absolutely unprofessional by booking or owner, why was booking even available to resereve?
• R (8/5): - The location is perfect. Everything can be found in the area and there are 2 metro lines nearby. The bathroom is small and soaking wet after showering. This cannot be resolved due to the drain located in the middle of the floor.

• claudia (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo - La struttura è in una ottima posizione, accanto al mercato coperto (che poi è un supermercato), di fronte alla moschea, e vicino alla metro Serdica, costeggiata da un vialetto pedonale pieno di attività commerciali. La casa è attrezzata di tutto il necessario. - L’appartamento non è quello che avevamo prenotato!!! Doveva essere quello con i muro arancione che si vede nelle foto. - il Wi-Fi non funzionava ( tanto che al 3º gg avvisando l’host ci ha dato la password di un altro appartamento là accanto) - L appartamento è situata al 3º piano senza ascensore e questo non era specificato, all’interno di un edificio fatiscente - abbiamo prenotato un appartamento credendo ci fossero 3 camere da letto con 3 letti; in realtà c’erano due camere di cui una con divano letto! E la terza era nella mansarda a cui si accedeva con una ripidissima scala a pioli, davvero scomoda e poco pratica; tutti i letto erano alla francese come dimensione. - l appartamento era freddo; vi era solo uno split nel living; nelle due camere c’erano due stufette elettriche ma una non funzionava mentre in mansarda una enorme stufa mai usata ( l ambiente lì era più caldo) - se avete il sonno leggero sappiate che l’appartamento affaccia di una linea di tram - il bagno aveva sempre un cattivo odoro

• johane (10/5): - La ubicación es espectacular. Cerca del metro, de taxi. Una calle con movimiento y desde dentro del apartamento no se escucha nada de ruidos externos. Se duerme muy bien . Y muy limpio . En la foto parece más grande de lo que es , pero es una primera sencacion.
• Beatriz (8/5): Centrico y nuevo por dentro. - La dueña super atenta en todo momento, lei que la entrada era confusa, la pedí fotos y me las mando sin problema, el edificio es antiguo y no tiene ascensor como la mayoría en Bulgaria pero por dentro estas super bien. Vas andando a todos los sitios super céntrico.

• Bontioti (9/5): - A spacious, clean and beautiful loft in a very convenient location. Cozy with all the facilities anyone could ask for. Feels like home! The entrance to the building needs some renovation and has to be cleaned more often. There is no elevator and 4 floors without can sometimes be difficult. The stairs to the upper level to the loft are tricky and not for everyone.

• Maria Jose (7/5): - Ubicación en pleno centro al lado de edificios principales como mezquita y sinagoga. Perfecto para salir y entrar de día. Parada de metro al lado. Taquillas para equipaje pagando solo con tarjeta justo al lado del apartamento. Llegamos de madrugada en taxi y no encontrábamos el bloque ya que el GPS marcaba en el centro de la plaza y la entrada era una puerta de metal como de garaje con publicidad. Había gente sospechosa bebiendo y en un momento un hombre vino hacia nosotras y nos fuimos asustadas a la avenida principal. El interior del bloque tiene tiendas y hay que subir varias plantas de escaleras antiguas que recuerdan a una película judía de los años 40. El apartamento está reformado y es acogedor aunque el sofá tenía manchas. No hay plato ducha, es suelo.

• Nikos (9/5): Superb - Our family really enjoyed our stay at Artiesta. Gergana was really helpful before as well as during our stay. She booked for us a slot at a nearby parking, and she had immediately responded when we asked an extra cover for a blanket. The apartment is freshly renovated and beautifully decorated. We stayed at apartment 7, which we highly recommend. The apartment location is really central, and we walked by foot to almost everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed the 65-inch TV screen and that we had more than enough space for a 4 members family. Gergana provides a website with localized useful information as well as suggestions. The only thing that it is a con for the apartment is building entrance and the way up to the apartment, which is a bit spooky, especially at night. The building is old and not renovated.

• Kate (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location - The apartment was beautiful, very clean, lots of facilities - washing machine, iron, even tea bags etc. Communication was great, and Gergana couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely experience all around in a brilliant central location. Would definitely recommend. The entrance is a little rough and unwelcoming but it is actually very safe feeling.
