• Jennifer (10/5): Perfectly packaged studio in the heart of East London - Property was perfect for one night stay in East London. Very easy to access, safe area with lots to explore at your doorstep. Property was very clean with all I needed. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Nothing. All was wonderful.

• danielle (2/5): Probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed in around the world - Poor communication with Airbnb and us. Room not as described, there is no reception so the self check in is very mis leading. The room is on a street with no street number on it and 2 security pin locks. No PIN code I for was sent to me, so after long travelling this was the last thing you want to deal with trying to get into a property. The security PIN code lock doesn’t work properly either. Once inside the room is on the first floor and the walk up there is just stuff everywhere it’s a very random location. Once at the parent door there is another PIN code lock so we had to contact the owner yet again. The room is quite spacious and a good location and that’s it, it was dirty, I don’t think the bed sheets had been washed, there was a long black hair in the sink and the WORST part was at 5am the room above was stomping around upstairs and what can only be described as moving furniture around, loud footsteps up and down the stairs, this went on for 40 mins and is the last thing you want to hear while sleeping. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend this property. The loud footsteps and furniture moving around from the person above at 5am!! the lack of communication before arriving on where the property is and two separate key codes to get in

• Jardine (9/5): Great time - Really clean room, perfect for short holidays to the city. Really easy access to transport in and out of the city. Room is by a busy road that can be quite loud at times not ideal if you are a light sleeper.

The host was very accomadating and available for any needs.The beds were comfortable and location was great for which areas we wanted to go. A sainsburys was open just across the road for any essentials we had forgot. We enjoyed our stay. Nothing we didnt like

• Ali (1/5): VERY Noisy, Unclean, and Uncomfortable - Location Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The accommodation was very noisy, with seemingly no sound insulation on the windows—you could hear even the slightest noise from the street. Cleanliness was my only request, yet the toilet was not clean and the bed sheets were very wrinkled. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable. I’m usually someone who can sleep anywhere, but due to the noise and the poor quality of the bed, I wasn’t able to get any rest at all. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It is close to the city center, there’s a lot of shops and restaurants around. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable! I really recommend this place Nothing to add. • Harry (8/5): Great location, comfortable for the night, needs some TLC - The property was easy to access with the nearby overground station. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. While the flat was clean, tidy and overall comfortable, I feel perhaps some aspects require some TLC.

• Tallulah (7/5): Good value apartment, needs a few tweaks - Apartment was as described and seen in photos. Owner was very fast at responding when I needed assistance and came out to assist me late at night which was appreciated. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious, had a TV and I could access the heating/radiator at my own accord which was nice Up two stories which wasn’t advertised, very noisy and there was a window without curtains so I struggled to sleep when the sun came up. The lock on the door was very hard to turn I had to get the owner to come and help me get into the apartment and so I didn’t want to leave again until I was checking out because I knew I’d struggle getting back in. The bathroom smelt really bad of damp/stagnant air and I couldn’t open the window
• Amy (6/5): Pleasant - The bed was comfy, the apartment looks really nice under the light of the warm lamp. Looks almost like the picture, the bed and the TV are in the same place some of the other furniture has been moved around a bit but it still looks good. It's located in a great place, a really nice area to be. Stickers have been added to the windows and above the bed a bit messily which personally I think has made the room look cheaper than it looks in the photos. The bathroom doesn't look the cleanest, it is clean but requires tlc, also me and my friend couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower.

Going up the stairs, the area around the curtains covering the laundry area look a little bit dodgy. Working the door locks is also pretty difficult. Probably needs changing
