- Manon (8/5): Great facilities, accessible hotel, friendly staff - Wonderful staff! Extremely friendly and they went out of their way to help us (we had one wheelchair user and two babies!). Very responsive too when we made requests. They have all the baby equipment - bed, bath, steriliser, temperature controlled hot water. Just to note that the 8th floor is not accessible via lift. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. Very small thing - it was strange to only have two hooks in the bathroom, very few places to hang towels and bathing suits!

- Rick (10/5): Great stay for a higher end hotel in Beitou. - Breakfast was excellent. Great selection on the menu and buffet style format. Amenities were excellent. Very clean hot spring available to hotel guests. Built-in hot spring bath in our room. Staff was attentive in transporting our luggage. Bilingual and were able to communicate in English. They were very accomodating when we accidentally left our do not disturb light on and able to give us a fresh set of towels. I think the price point does lean on the more expensive side for a room per night but it is a higher end hotel. But other than that everything else was great.

- BERNICE (10/5): Relaxing getaway - Great hospitality! Very welcoming, attentive staff, from bellhop, to receptionist, to waitress and chambermaid...SUPER FRIENDLY!!! It felt like a home away from home. Ruby, Wendy, Irene, Candy and many others that I didn't get their names (I am sorry). But yes, you know who you are...and I know who you are. :) Everyone was very attentive to my elderly mum. Love the breakfast and the seating area!!! Lots of variety, from locals to western. Spoilt for choices! My flight got delayed and they extended my checkout till 1pm and offered coffee while waiting for taxi and even can enjoy the outdoor onsen. We initially wanted to sit at the lobby and enjoy our quiet moment there. Couldn't ask for more! Nothing...but if I were to nitpick, I would say the transport arrangement...they fetched my mum but left me behind. Hahahaha.... anyway, it got resolved.

Darren Liu provided excellent and attentive service The Chinese restaurant in the hotel had very poor service. The food was slow, not served continuously, and the staff were dishonest with customer.

A bit far from everything, front entrance isn’t wheel-chair accessible, the library has a skylight (sunlight yellows the books quickly) and most of the books on the upper shelves are fake, heating doesn’t really work.

We got upgraded to a suite after the first night when we complained about the room being on a small side. Caine the manager was more than kind to us and accommodated all our needs. Also, the breakfast was great with a diverse options. The in room mini bar was complimentary which made it easier since the hotel is located a bit on the hill and 10 minutes from Seven Elevens or other convenient stores. One of the women’s outdoor hot bath was closed even the day before it was scheduled for a manage. It was disappointing that they didn’t follow the schedule which was notified to all guests.

My senior Mom and I loved the public hot spring experience, as well as the one in our room. We enjoyed our breakfast and felt the 5-star service from the staff all throughout our stay. The manager was completely hands on and even walked us to our car after check-out. Truly a memorable stay. None.

- Jo Chi (6/5): - 接駁專車 司機 接待人員 和櫃檯人員都非常有服務熱誠讓人愉悅 晚餐套餐應該要和早餐一樣可以選擇（半自助式）而不是（套餐）因為前面都上澱粉 麵包應該一人切片2片形式 （若想再吃可以續）不是2大份，因為 麵包 沙拉 湯 燉飯 這樣還沒到主食肉 都好飽吃不下了 怕浪費吃完 腸胃不舒服 不吃就浪費食物 還會讓服務人員以為是餐點不合胃口. 泡湯櫃檯先生ㄧ開始說大眾池只能進去2位 因為只有2個鑰匙櫃，因爲我們有三位要女湯，所以我們說沒關係我們可以2人共用鑰匙櫃。後來泡湯櫃台先生才說是因為有人數限制20～若有人數限制只能20人，應該在櫃檯check in時再提醒一下.
- Taeil (3/5): 생각보다 너무나 불만족스러웠던 호텔. - 객실이 청결하고 전체적인 시설은 깔끔하고 편안하였습니다. 고객의 응대 마인드와 서비스에 대한 준비상태가 전혀 되어 있지 않았습니다. 평일에어서 객실 손님이 별로 없어서 그런지는 모르겠지만, 손님을 대하는 자세가 상당히 귀찮고 성의없는 자세와 시설에 대한 안내와 설명도 전혀없고, "왔으니 알아서 쉬고 가."라는 듯한 인상만 주었습니다. 최초 예약을 통해 싱글침대 2개로 예약이 되었지만, 그렇지 않은 방으로 배정을 해주었고, 방 교체를 요구하니 대꾸도 없고 기다리라는 말만 할 뿐 어떠한 조치도 없고, 재차 방문하니 그제서야 한참을 지나 방을 교체해주었지만, 원하는 형태의 방도 아니었고, 또 다시 이야기 하는 것 조차 싫어서 그냥 답답하고 짜증나도 그냥 사용하였습니다. 시설에 대한 안내도 없어서 온천도 찾아서 알아서 다녀야 하고..... 손님이 없다고 몇 안되는 손님이 손님이 아닌 것은 아닙니다. 정신 똑바로 차리고 직원 서비스 교육 잘 하세요. 충고입니다.

- Mui huang (8/5): Room with own onsen - The breakfast spread was good and enjoyed the onset in our own room. Room lights came be brighter.

- Wie (9/5): Great place to unwind - The outdoor bath and the in-room bath. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The hourly bus shuttle service is too long to wait. So we took taxi most of the time.

- Jen (10/5): Exceptional - The shuttle bus was great on the weekends! The breakfast was pretty good too, but the best part is the private hot springs bath I wish the shuttle bus had more times in the morning and evening during the weekdays. I also wish the location wasn't up a steep hill
- Isha (10/5): Fantastic! - We had a wonderful time at the Gaia Hotel. Everything was clean and room service gave us new fruit every day. Darren was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our experience phenomenal.
- Jeannie (8/5): Wonderful hotspring, worth a longer stay - Facilities are great, well maintained. We had hotpot for dinner which was also very delicious. We had some hiccups but Mr Yang, the director in charge walked extra miles to comfort us and shared his views on making the hotel a better place for guests. Staff, especially frontline ones, are relatively inexperienced, resulting in some failures in service delivery, though attitude was good.
- Elvira (10/5): Hotel is excellent if you want a relaxed stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. - The break was good ! My 10 year old daughter asked if they could offer hot chocolate drink for the kids and add pastries and waffles :-) Shuttle bus is advertised for pick up at airport but this service is not available. Please clarify this in your advertising that pick up can be arranged at customers cost.

- Eduardo (8/5): Dissapointing, not enough value for money - The breakfast, the hotsprings were very good. The location is on a hill, requires alot of walking. The amenities did not felt luxurious, the hotspring for men did not had the snow machine as advertised, and they close the outdoor hotspring without announcing anything. Overall too expensive for the quality you get, specially when comparing to other locations in Beitou.

- Amanda (10/5): Would totally stay again as a spa weekend! - Worthy of 5* rating. Ms Winnie? Wang brought us tea in the library at check-in, set up the room with shower chair AND toilet seat handles, all without us asking. Had correct # robes and slippers. Everyone there was just friendly, helpful, smiling, and always deferential to grandpa. Owner walked in the front entrance while we were waiting for our taxi at check-out and she asked if we would like water or tea. Seriously, what hotel owner DOES that?? Room was newer, modern, and exceptionally clean, including the hot springs soaking tub. The Beitou hot springs water does not make your fingertips wrinkled. 30 minute muscle relaxation massage was excellent, at 55usd. Overall, stay was pricy, but you absolutely get what you pay for in this case! It's on a little hill. They have complementary shuttles to the MRT and I believe to town?, but if you want to walk back, it will be a good workout.
