• Nuray (8/5): - 4 yatak odası içinde 4 banyosu olan geniş bir daire. Her oda iki kişi için yeterli büyüklükteydi. Dolaplar yeterliydi. Mutfakta gerekli tüm araç gereç vardı. Balkon genişti. Temizlik iyiydi. İnternet bağlantısı iyiydi. Ev sahibi her sorumuza kısa sürede yanıt verdi. Anahtarı ve evin konumunu bulmakta talimatlar anlaşılırdı. Bulunduğu mahalleden turistik noktalara toplu taşıma ile erişim oldukça kolaydı. Evin karşısında süper market, yakında pazar yeri, lokanta ve kafeler yer alıyor. Turist kalabalığından uzak, güzel bir mahalle. Banyo içinde bide olması ile alan daralmış, uzun boylu biri için tuvaleti kullanmak zor olabilir. Banyo içleri daha titiz temizlenmeli, lavabo altında kalın bir toz tabakası vardı.

• Jane Catherine (9/5): Top location and peaceful apartment with ensuite bathrooms. - Top location. 5 minute walk to Cipro metro station plus supermarket and restaurants on your doorstep yet a peaceful area. We were four couples and the apartment suited us perfectly with each room having a private bathroom with bidet, small but adequate. The terrace was an added bonus and everything was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a problem with the hot water but the host had it fixed in half a day. Great service.

• Jemimah Fries (10/5): AMAZING! WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN! - Loved our stay as a family of 8 people. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. It was nice that they also provided coffee, toiletries, kitchen and household essentials. I really liked how the windows had different options when you open them. The area was beautiful. The Trionfale Market was a 2 minute walk. I loved the gelateria just around the corner. Plenty of tratorrias around, several supermarkets too. The bus served the area well to visit central of Rome. The Vatican museum was super close, 5-10 minutes walk depending on your pace, we had a few seniors. This is my second time in Rome. The first time, I stayed in Termini and did not sleep well as the streets were bustling all times of the day. Trionfale is a much quieter area. In general, I would recommend having ear plugs when visiting Europe. This apartment had everything we needed and more. The convenience of having a bathroom in all 4 bedrooms made our days so much easier. The company who manages this place does a great job responding to questions within minutes. It was very clean, the place smelled amazing and it is maintained well.

• Gary (9/5): A lovely building, with big spaces and a real home away from home feel. We shall be coming back! - The size of the property was very comfortable with high ceilings and spacious rooms to sleep. In addition there is also ample space for cooking small meals and socialising space. Although not used, the outdoors pace looked a big bonus. Plenty of cutlery and glasses provided. Communication by WhatsApp was a bonus for us. The toaster wasn't very effective and the kettle was way too small and lacked power so took a while to make warm drinks. Maybe another tea towel or advice to bring another as one wasn't enough for the washing we did, we didn't use the dishwasher though. Really minor quibbles here!

• Misong (8/5): Very comfortable and well located flat for a large group of tourists. - Perfect flat for a group of friends or family visiting to see the sights, particularly because of the en suite bathrooms in each room. Patio provided nice outdoor space. Washing machine and dishwasher appreciated. No detail was missing. Just an easy two flights of stairs, which could be a consideration for the elderly or people with a lot of luggage. Great location for touristing. Not a lot of common lounging space, which is totally acceptable if you’re in town as a tourist with plans to be out and about all day. Would still pick this flat over any other for the privilege of not sharing bathrooms.
• Sheri (9/5): Great value for location - This is a great location! Very close to Vatican, great walking to shops. It is right next to the bus stop and not far from Metro. It was clean and comfortable and a great price for location. There was only 1 towel per person for the week. There is some kind of noise sensor in the common area that was beeping all the time. When asked what the beeping was about they said it was that we were too loud and the neighbors wouldn't like. At the time asked, it was just 2 60 yr olds visiting on the sofa and napping off and on after just arriving. Any time we were in there talking it would start. It was just annoying.
• Dsenvoyage (6/5): Pleasant - Location, size of the appartment, heating worked well, very comfortable beds, every room had its own onsuite, good restaurants and market nearby, quick in responding to written contact No information about equipment and its use, had to ask for necessities (reserve towels, toilet paper, no info about trash deposit) for a stay of six days. Appartment not equipped for the amount of persons it is listed for (chairs, glasses). Only written contact to the renter.
