• Austin (10/5): - The venue was amazing. Beautiful view and plenty of space. Had everything needed for a nice getaway with friends. The staff were lovely. They were super quick and clear when I needed assistance or made contact. There is only one key fob for entrance to the building/elevator, so if you plan on separating from roommates passing the key and planning return trips, it can be frustrating.

• Cassandra (1/5): Stay from hell - I only liked the view but it was not worth the experience at all First thing it wasn’t cleaned properly then the bed has these wood chips holding it up the bed has a broken piece of wood the head board but that’s not even the worst part , once I complained and sent videos to booking.com I get a call from his assistant and she offers me 10% off and a late check out I said no I would like a full refund , she then proceeded to call me 7 times last call we both agreed I would check out at 1230 that night for my refund then 5 minutes later the guy that gave me the keys messages me and says I will only be refunded if I leave at 730 instead of 1230 I then say I’m not at the unit but I only said that so I had time to clean , he then says I will not be able to be refunded I said okay I’ll be staying the night leaving in the morning 20 minutes later I hear banging on the door surprise it’s him I was on the phone with booking.com he called me a liar and I said your making feel uncomfortable why would you come to the unit if I said I’m staying the night ? Why are you coming late a night I’m a women and I felt very scared and uneasy I couldn’t even sleep the last night because I just kept thinking what would he have done if I didn’t open the door ? Has he come in the unit when I was gone before it just had my mind racing and he thinks it’s only valid to refund the cleaning fee ? The cleaner didn’t do their job so I did it for them so he couldn’t have no complaints I washed the bedding everything and the towels over all never book here the costumer service is very poor and unprofessional I hope this never has to happen to anyone , I made a report with security as well with booking.com
• Andres (6/5): Central location with easy access to trains and shops. - The central location and the view from the apartment in the level 56 is amazing. Only a block away from Union station, CN tower and aquarium. Supermarket and shops across the road. Good kitchen, bathroom and TV. When we arrived the dryer was on and completely packed with the bed linen and towels. The sofa bed fitted sheet was dirty and we had to replace it with one from the dryer. The chest of drawers was an absolute mess with linen and towels thrown in and didn't give us confidence they were clean to use The double bed had broken slats which I only realised the day we left as I was checking under the bed I wasn't leaving anything behind. When the sofa bed is extended there is around 30cm to the kitchen bench and is hard for moving around. Bed was retracted every day. The kitchen in general is well equipped but there were only one spoon. Not much space to put suitcases if traveling 2+. We were two adults and two kids but for a comfortable stay it is more suited for two.
