- Joseph (2/5): It was very upsetting and misleading. - The closeness to the Disney theme parks and the pool after we cleaned it. How vague and misleading the host and the location of the facility was.We drove an hour out of the actual location because the location gave us 2 different locations with similar names.And the spa with the pool wasn’t working it was cold the whole trip.I reached out and waited for assistance and didn’t see no one until checkout time.The pillows were filthy and the shower was to upon arrival and the carpet and the tv didn’t have nothing but 2 channels.No exaggerating,2 channels on tv.I hope for booking purposes and accuracy,they put the correct name of the facility and maybe it will save customers like me a lot of time.Also we cleaned more than whoever is in charge of actual room service and being charged a cleaning fee and it was absolutely messy is unexceptable,and bad business.Especially close to $400 cleaning fee doesn’t make sense for something barely clean.

- Suzanne (10/5): Had a great time. We would stay there again!! - Great house, good location. The pool and spa was amazing. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house had Wi-Fi as well. The community house person was friendly. Close to shopping and restaurants. Close to many attractions! Had a awesome experience. I would have liked it if the basic supplies were there.. eg garbage bags/dishwasher detergent and laundry soap. We bought those items and left them there.
