• CAROLE (9/5): quelques points à améliorer pour obtenir la note de 10 mais très satisfaits de notre séjour - Grand appartement bien agencé (les 2 chambres sont bien éloignées l'une de l'autre), les 2 salles de bain sont appréciables. Le parking est certes un peu difficile, surtout en descente, (louer une voiture pas trop grande pour éviter d'abîmer les jantes) mais pour avoir fait l'expérience des parking publics à 10$ de l'heure, le parking gratuit est appréciable. Très bonne situation géographique (proche du métromover et du trolley et proche d'un starbuck et d'un CVS). Des produits de toilette à dispo ainsi qu'un lave linge et un sèche linge (bien pratique). Prévoir ses doses de lessive et ses tablettes lave vaisselle (non fournies). Bonne literie. Bonne communication avec Mélissa qui répond rapidement aux messages. Je recommande cet appartement. Une notice pour l'utilisation des appareils électro ménagers serait utile, c'est très différent des machines françaises. Remplacer les rideaux de douche par une paroi en verre serait une bonne idée. la propreté peut être améliorée mais je suis très maniaque, c'était propre dans l'ensemble. Dans l'ascenseur ou dans l'appartement, indiquer l'étage de la piscine et de la salle de sports. Prendre des bouchons anti bruit comme dans toutes les grandes villes, les climatiseurs du bâtiment d'en face sont très bruyants. La ventilation de la salle de bains lorsque la lumière est allumée est très pénible.
• Misty Konya (8/5): Could always be better - Loved the price, and the comfy beds, great location. Floors turned feet black instantly. Needed cleaned better. Needed new toilet seats, and the one toilet ran constantly. Also patio door needed new handle, and new blind in room with 2 beds, when you go to pull it down it just unravels completely.

• Vielka (8/5): Nice stay in Miami - Very nice apartment on a tall building. It has everything you need for a family of four trip to Miami. Walking distance from the Brickell center. Looks at the Bay. 31st floor beautiful view.
• Rhonda (2/5): Don't waste your money unless desperate and don't like nice places to stay - The location First hostess did not confirm my stay with the hotel states I failed to send Identification advises I did she states went into her spam folder not my fault she should've checked it knowing this could happen took over an hour to get access after a long day and flight walked in to Walls dirty bed uncomfortable dishwasher taped up had to do dishes on my vacation top of microwave cracked and tapped furniture is dated and painted balcony dirty black walls and patio furniture about 10 yrs old and no cushions in chair couch smells dirty with dingy pillows not Worth the money I paid front door is loud and gotta push a little hard to open noisy at that no broom or mop just dish liquid 2 rolls of tissue 1 paper towels old used towels & washcloths... The master bedroom shower head loose and the tub imbedded mold around the tub I couldn't shower in or bathe tried cleaning still there so we all shared the bathroom shower the floor had black markings sink molding missing black mark on mirror so much dust on ventilation vent it could kill you the thing make so much noise ridiculous see the photo wish I could post more my daughter bed was uncomfortable woke every day saying back hurts bed uncomfortable kitchen floor grout is nasty black I was very disappointed for 1544.00 I paid for this unit I expected better took pictures as well I know this hostess will not return none of my money so didn't bother but will never stay her again
• Nelly (10/5): I would certainly stay here again. It was convenient and close to everything. - It was clean and just as described. Didn’t have enough time to enjoy the amenities, but that was on us and not the property manager.
