Beds was good The staff not helping with problems at the flat and the rooms were all damp
And came to a unclean home only to have to wait another 1 hour to get it cleaned. But the cleaners did a great job after
And did not like the fact that the owners brother keot coming for one the other but didnt want to help when I needed help with pins coming out of stairs and wifi did not work for 3 weeks.
And also 2 groups of people came to my door saying they were booked to the property whilst I was still there with my family

Tube close by The staff not being attentive
Came to a messy house, had to stay out another extra hour after checking in for it to be clean. Cleaners where fantasstic afterwards
And they kept double booking this. 2 groups of people came saying they are booked for it
- Monika (9/5): Pozytyw - Wynajęłam ten flat drugi raz bo jest dla nas komfortowy. Odległość od centrum, blisko stacja metra. Polecam gorąco Zaniedbany ogród
- RIZWAN (1/5): It was a nightmare. Only the location was good - Location Condition and the bathroom was dirty and water everywhere
- LB (6/5): - Outings Think bed bugs got bitten and spots most places
- Ibrahim (10/5): - Alt Alt
- Nguse (3/5): - The bed sheets and devote cover were not clean, and it seems someone used it before and not washed then. The floor was not swept properly. General, we had a bad experience .
- Felt and (10/5): - Overall our accommodation went very well in this property.
- Richard (8/5): Very good -
- Shiella (5/5): Disappointed - We found a used cotton bud in one of the room. Not enough beddings for everyone to use. The shower was the worst, very damp, no floor mat and no shower curtain
. The host was very laidback. We didn't have WIFI.
- C. (8/5): Very good - Big table and enough couches, there was enough space for all 8 of us, it was easily accessible from Whitechapel. The top bunk beds were a bit wonky, adults should sleep on the bottom beds.
- Cheyesidine (7/5): Good - I liked how cosy and cute the flat was. Location was excellent as well, close to train stations, shops and restaurants. Hosts were very friendly and super helpful with check in and were there throughout whole stay.
- Jasana (7/5): Nil - Balcony and chairs for evening tea Bathroom and toilet
- Soumya (6/5): Pleasant - Rooms Tv not working,
- Kara (8/5): What we needed and great location! - It was a great location - about 5 minutes or less to the Whitechapel Tube station. Big enough for our large family, everyone had a bed and slept well. The space was comfortable. Some areas were tight, like the kitchen and dining table but we really just needed a place to stay overnight as we wanted to spend the days in London sight-seeing. Only about 10 minute walk over to Rinkoff bakery which was fabulous if you love pastries like pain o chocolate and cronuts! Go to the Jubilee street location :) Tight bathroom and kitchen but we didn't spend that much time in the house anyway so it was ok.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Neil (10/5): It was an amzing stay ! Perfect location house really nice and also the host were really helpfull!! - perfect location
Host very helpful
- Laurentiu (4/5): Disappointing - Terrible, the plaster from ceiling collapsed on my face(small amount) but was horrible… not looking for luxury but minimal maintenance to replace the hazards is recommended…
- Veronika (6/5): Pleasant - The only proper highlight for us was the convenient location and the fact we stayed just 2 nights.
Proactive landlord. First of, the cleanliness of this property, or rather the lack off:
- sticky floors (don't wear white socks and BRING OWN SLIPPERS)
- dirty walls in the loo
- dirty baking tray with old bits of roast
- some kitchen utensils dirty
- past heavy smoking apparent here- literally seeping from the walls
- not to mention very dirty window blinds and windows you can barely see through.
Such a shame- this property is in SUCH a great location, with a regular deepclean, redecoration, some airwick and freshly smelling linen and this property could pull so much more interest and more positive reviews.
- Adnan (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, lot of space, strongly recommended it for family. There is underground station, Bus stops, shops, restaurants on walking distance. Everything that is necessary for living is in the apartment (kitchen equipment's, laundry, WIFI and LCD. we stayed there 5 people (2 adults and 3 children) for eighty nights (65€ per night). Nothing
- Shreya (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rashad (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Cheryl (8/5): Excellent location friendly staff lots of space! Definately stay again - Excellent location
Lots of space - 2 x double rooms 1 room with 2 sets of bunk beds - also sofa beds x 2 in lounge
Lively little rear garden
Friendly helpful staff Main rooms a little tired and bathrooms
Kitchen really nice tho
Could be cleaner- however the price was amazing for the property so can be forgiven
- De (8/5): Very good - I like that flat on ground floor ,easy arive with pram and kids, enough space for everything and everyone ") Window in one room was not closing, so mosquitos was coming to suck our blood. In garden you can make sider, many rotten apples :D
And better wear flip flops definitely not white socks ;)
- Deborah (8/5): Great budget flat, - Great value for money, budget apartment.
The location is great.
Very Fast Wifi Photos don't quite match the actual photos on the website.
Some mould in front bedroom that others have stated - we didn't use this room because of this.
Towel drying in tumble dryer on arrival
- Olena (10/5): Exceptional - very convenient location. There are undegraund station, shops, restaurants near the appartment. You can reach many places of interest in an hour and a half by foot. Everything that is necessary for living is in the apartment. we stayed there as a large group of eight people (three adults and five children) There was enough space for everyone. A nice price. This appartment is exactly right choice for the big company. I strongly recommend it
p.s . a squirrel came to the doorv every morning in the garden and the children fed it. if you stay in these apartments, remember the squirrel and feed it something tasty. mold on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms.
- Sadie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (6/5): Surprisingly pleasant quiet stay in a built up area with a charming pub close by - Nice apartment. Lots of space and could easily fit more than three. A short walk from Brick lane and the tube stations The only issue was the shower. Took us a couple of nights of faffing to get it to come warm
- Katarina (7/5): good value for money, new furniture, well equipped but not really clean - the location is great, close to city centre and to metro stations it is not clean
- Agnes (10/5): Exceptional - convenient location and value for money
- Akhtar (8/5): Very good - Need to sorted for parking Very stressful parkig
- Michal (8/5): Very good - Very good localisation - close to the Whitechapel underground station (4 lines, including the new and express Elizabeth line), you could reach main sighseeing points within 15-20 min.
Spacious, great for large groups (even up to 8-10 people). 3 sleeping rooms + large living room + kitchen + bathroom + toilet. Fully equiped kitchen, large fridge, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Good contact with the host who is friendly and helpful.
The quality-price ratio is very good. You would be struggling to find something even comparable for a similar price, especially for a larger group. The place might not be perfect, but its very reasonable price make a lot excusable. The bathroom and toilet were dirty. Not all towels were clean.
- Dean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jan (4/5): Meh - Kitchen was nice, bedrooms are spacious and clean. Dirty bathroom, gaps in the tiles and mold all over. The garden is an absolute mess, not usable. The couch is too small and there are not enough chairs. The heating is either freezing or blazing hot. The owner did not respond to any messages, we couldn't use the washing machine cause it had old laundry in it. The shower does not get hot. no toilet brush. Gaps in the flooring, torn stair carpets. Backdoor lock is broken. There is a television but it doesn't work. No brush for the dishes. Only 2 teatowels. The towels for the shower were laying on the beds, folded but still very much wet. Wifi cut out every hour.
THERE ARE TWO BIG, DIRTY MATRASSES IN THE LIVING ROOM.
