• Michael (5/5): You should put a better access information - It was clean and confortable and you kindly let us check out later The address was incorrect not 16 but 16A and the correct name of the street was not Afroditis Street but Defkalionas Street it took us an extra half an hour to find the correct address It was stated tthat there were two entrances one on the sides The blu door was on the front and the brown door up 4 flights of stairs with cases No lock box on the outside only up the stairs if the front door had been locked we could not get in .Also the TV did not work as it had a two pin plug and no two pin socket
• Maria (1/5): Varning! Uselt. - Läget Började dåligt. Fick fel kod till nyckelskåpet. När jag ringde upp för att få rätt kod, skickade de istället en film på hur jag skulle hitta till lägenheten. Efter ca 1 timme kom det en man och slog in en annan kod till nyckelskåpet. Väl inne i lägenheten upptäcker vi att där är uselt städat. I skåp och lådor är det skräp och kladd. Det finns ingen trasa att torka rent med, så vi får använda toalettpapper. Även bordsytor var kladdiga. Det låg gamla plåster och lösnaglar under säng och soffa. Fanns ingen sopborste att sopa rent med. Det finns ingen spis. Det skulle det finnas. Balkongen visar sig vara slutet på en loftgång. Därute hittar vi en gasolplatta, (se bild). Det är spisen som vi skall använda. Vid flera tillfällen kliver folk in i lägenheten via balkongdörren på loftgången. Vi får tillslut bygga en tillfällig barriär (av en extrasäng som står därute, se bild. Då slutar folk kliva in. Lakanen var gjorda av polyester. Kuddarna var Ikeas absolut billigaste. De luktade illa. Städpersonalen satt och rökte i trapphuset, och vid vår spis på "balkongen". Vaknade vid 2 tillfällen av att folk som skulle checka in i rummen på övervåningen, försökte ta sig in i vårt rum mitt i natten.
• Iryna (5/5): Passable - It's just awful, the hotel doesn't live up to its price. Not only is there no place to leave your things until 4:00 pm, but you also have to drag them up to your floor. I arrived there at the specified time, even later than the check-in was supposed to be. I go into the room, see a picture, nothing has been cleaned there. Everything was left dirty after the guests. I started writing to find out what it was, naturally, by the time they cleaned the room, it had already been about an hour, and plus, by the time the cleaners arrived, naturally, they didn't provide anything except an apology, and there was always some kind of noise, screaming, someone was yelling in the entrance, the balcony should always be closed because someone from the corridor can come to you at any time, so it's dangerous so that no one steals anything and nothing dangerous happens to you
