Nico (9/5): - Modern, vrij goed uitgerust appartement in een zeer rustige buurt op wandelafstand van het centrum. Ruime, parkeerplaats bij de appartementsblok zelf (inbegrepen in de prijs). De afvoer van de douche zat een beetje verstopt waardoor het water zeer traag wegliep. Geen smart tv met streaming.
Guest (7/5): O.k., aber nicht so herausragend wie bewertet. - Ruhig gelegen, alles da, was man benötigt. Parkplatz im Hof inclusive. Auf der Terrasse lag der Müll des Vormieters (Dosen, Flachen, Zigarettenschachtel). Das habe ich direkt bei der Ankunft gemeldet - bis heute leider keine Reaktion des Vermieters. 2 wackelige Stühle + Toilettenbrille, Lampe fiel fast von der Decke. Terrassenmöbel verdreckt. Die Wohnung bräuchte mal eine "Makeover" für den Preis.
