• Brigita (6/5): - Netoli takas palei Temzę. Galima pasivaiščioti, pasiekti metro. Keisti kvapai laiptinėje, lifte, atidarius langą. Nuotraukose butas daug gražesnis nei realybėje. Vonios kambarys švarus, bet senokai remontuotas. Virtuvėje nešvarūs indai.
• SamirBe (1/5): - Very poor cleanliness. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Very poorly maintained apartment, with damaged equipment and walls. To be greeted by towels drying in the middle of the room, the smell of stale and humid air, is unexpected and intolerable. It's a shame to waste words on describing the apartment.
• Monika (5/5): Mieszkanie ok, lazienka do wymiany - Swietna lokalizacja, bardzo przyjemna okolica, blisko do stacji DLR. Kuchnia wyposazona we wszytskie potrzebne sprzety. Łazienka wymaga generalnego remontu. Wilgoć, pleśń i nieprzyjemny zapach. W calym mieszkaniu czuć smród stęchłego prania- wyglada na to, ze reczniki i posciel suszone sa na miejscu w przenosnej suszarce na pranie. Zapach tego mieszkania sprawial, ze nie chcialo nam sie do niego wracac.
• Chris (5/5): Good flat apart from the bed. - The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was uncomfortable, the blinds didn't make the bedroom dark enough, and the bathroom was dated.
• Jo (7/5): Good location, size, comfort and price. - Very clear instructions of how to enter the property and communicative team co-ordinating arrivals. We had a small drama as the key box was stuck shut but after a quick call (which was answered immediately), we were able to get access. The flat is in a secure and quiet location. The place is very well located a stones throw from Limehouse Station, near a Tesco and some local eateries and a Gordon Ramsey pub on the waterfront. Couldn't get the hot water to work but didn't call anyone to sort out.

• Joyce (1/5): Beware of this apartment - We booked this apartment for 5 nights. When we arrived, the sofa bed was not ready, and the sheets they left for us were still hanging to dry. The beddings and towels were still wet. There was a dirty linen in the washer and in the hamper. The worst of it all - when I checked the bathroom, it reeks of urine. The bathroom shower walls and ceiling were moldy. There were black molds on the grout and caulking. The shower curtain was dirty, and there were also molds under the sink . It was horrible! We contacted the host, and all they did was apologize and blamed their cleaner. This place needs a bathroom overhaul and a thorough cleaning. Most of all, the host needs to do a better job inspecting the property before a turnover. Myself, my husband and 2 kids could not finish our stay here due to its condition. We canceled our entire stay, though we had to stay for a night since we arrived late from our flight. The kids were tired and already asleep. They still charged us for the night.

• Nora (8/5): Good - Location, free wifi, and kitchenette small space was not enough for a family with little kids. It was not as clean as expected. There was no air conditioning or fans while the weather was super hot, and when we opened the windows, many flies and insects came inside the house. Curtains are not good and don't eliminate the day and night lights. It was tough to put the kids to sleep with this amount of light coming from outside, where the sunset was around 9:30 pm, and after the sunset, you have to deal with electric lights coming from outside. We also had to wake up very early because the sunshine was too early during summer in London. I don't recommend it for families with little kids, and not in summer until they solve the issues of air conditioning and curtains!
• Carolyn (8/5): Overall pleasant stay and helpful service. - GREAT Location and quiet area, walkable to train stations, restaurants and convenience stores . Had a washer and detergent with a hot box to dry clothes. Very clean kitchen and living space. Small but perfect for 2 people. The bathroom was super small. No surface to set anything down ~ except top of toilet ~ eek~ for toothbrush &toiletries for 2 people etc. The hot water was an issue for us. We were not informed about the ‘boost’ button which offered hot water. It was fine after a quick text to the manager- but that first cold shower was a doozy 🫤. The chalking on tub looked black in areas and the shower sprayed everywhere ~ just hard to manage at first when you’re tired from a long travel. Also… why so many clocks if none of them work 🤔.
