• Josephine (10/5): Overall, my stay was excellent. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. A great experience f - I loved the place! Clean, comfy, close to the beach and cafes and just really relaxing. And the hosts were very friendly. Nil.
• Debbie (6/5): Good location, great property if you don't mind a lot of steep stairs. - It was a good location and plenty of room, liked that it had the 3 bedrooms although the layout was a bit unusual. If it wasn't for the stairs I would definitely stay here again as all the comforts were provided. The stairs are unbelievably steep. I did know it had stairs but not the steepness and narrowness of them, which was challenging for us. I won't repeat the word my friend said when we opened the door! Everything else about the property was good but I would never stay there again with those stairs.

• Belle (9/5): Lovely peaceful stay with everything you could need including great hosts. - Clean and spacious. Lovely and quiet. Had everything we could have needed including little extras like shampoo and conditioner. We were able to arrange to check in a little earlier which was fabulous since we came by train with luggage. Carmen and Andy were very prompt in their communications with us which was wonderful.

Was staying with my elderly grandparents so we have to keep them downstairs however as there is no bathroom on the bottom floor we had a assist them up the very steep staircase. Some images or a note that it is a 4 story townhouse would have been great!

• Laila (9/5): Gorgeous home, wonderful location - Good location, beautiful home, lovely hosts The only downfall is the amount of stairs between the split levels! But overall it was still amazing and i would definitely stay here again with my friends

• Sun (9/5): Lovely weekend getaway - The view was nice, open up with partial ocean view. The place was nice and cozy - living room with views, freshen up kitchen, dining and little space for TV and sofa combined. They have extra blankets and towels for convenience. The hosts were very friendly to talk to. There were lot more stair cases than I expected. Luckily it was alright for my 2 nephews 3 and 5.
• Nick (9/5): Great spot with all the mod cons, 5 mins from the CBD, and distant ocean views to the east - Comfortable house (half of a duplex) over four levels with games room and outdoor balcony with a view to the east, lots of space inside, a well appointed kitchen and a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival! The flight of stairs from the front door all the way up to the bedrooms on the fourth level is a sight to behold and unforgiving on dicky knees. The table tennis table is starting to show its age, and we had to buy an extra bat from the toy store for four to play. Also, couldn't find any tea towels?

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook. We were not at all bothered by the stairs though it should be noted that this would be a challenging stay for anyone with mobility concerns

• Maggie (8/5): Very good - Lovely house in a quiet street. All the things you need in the house for a nice relaxing time away. The hosts are wonderful and helpful, quickly responding to messages. There are a lot of stairs in the house which cannot be helped and isn't a problem. The hosts made it very clear from the start and provided baby gates. It would be good to keep this in mind for anyone with issues walking up and down stairs.

This should be clearly stated in the details . Also it needs to be pest controlled. please consider before putting the house on the market. Stairs and insects found dead in bed .

• Stephen (4/5): Disappointing - The stairs were very dangerous and there were so many. This should be highlighted at the time of booking. The house is a duplex and there was construction going on next door. They finished up about 1am which is not acceptable.

Games rom downstairs, lounge with tv middle level, kitchen next level, bedrooms upper level. Verandah with views. Back patio with bbq and dining setting. Stairs were intimidating but worth he climb!
• Bill (6/5): Pleasant - All the stairs, it was indicated there were stairs in the place but not 38 of them. One of the couples staying had great difficulty with the stairs. The games room had no block out blinds on the windows so sleeping in the sofa bed in that room wouldn’t be an option.
