• Anika (9/5): Overall, a good choice to save on money but should consider location if trying to save on commute time. - Spacious for our group of four people and our luggage. Space itself was very clean and well maintained. Futons and bed were comfortable. Great neighbourhood. Location is a bit far when you consider walking time to the train station (approx. 10 mins) so definitely something to consider after a long day out. On average, it took us about 40 mins total commute time to and from central areas in Tokyo. However, the metro/subway station is only a few minutes walk away.

• Miyuki (9/5): Will come back to this place. - I had to change the dates at the last minute due to family emergency and the host was very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Very close to the station. I loved having a washing/drying machine in the room. We went home with no dirty clothe. Not much that I did not like. We went to the place before check in time to leave our luggages. We informed the host in advance. But it was not communicated to the person on shift. It took a while to figure it out. But it was just a minor incident.

Höchste Weiterempfehlungsstufe und uneingeschränktes Lob an die professionelle Vermietung. - Die Sauberkeit des Apartments und des gesamten Hauses war unübertrefflich. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sogar Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta wurden wie in japanischen Hotels üblich zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel war vorhanden, sogar jegliche Adapter und Ladekabel gehörten zur Ausstattung. Selbstverständlich war ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen vorhanden, die Küche kann als komplett ausgestattet bezeichnet werden. Die Lage war perfekt; der Familymart und ein weiteres kleineres Lebensmittelgeschäft waren zwei Gehminuten bzw. um die Ecke vorhanden. Die lokale Einkaufsstraße des Stadtteils Akabane lag ca. zweieinhalb Gehminuten entfernt, der Bahnhof Akabane mit schnellen Verbindungen direkt zu den Hotspots Shibuya und Shinjuku hat sich ebenfalls direkt angeschlossen. The equipment is modern, air-conditioning, light and kitchen were all fine. Beds were a bit hard, especially the futons. The TV was internet only, our kids which are Japanese likes to watch a few TV programs, this cable TV would have been better.

I love the Tatami room and the apartment is very clean and new. The neighborhood is also fantastic. Lots of grocery stores, izakaya and train station restaurants. The apartment information booklet was complete. Check in process was smooth. Nothing. I will definitely book again.

• Alvin (10/5): It exceeded our expectations. - The property exceeded our expectations. Was pristine and clean and the facilities were very nice. It was also very near 2 train stations, which makes it convenient for commuting. Several good restaurants were also in the vicinity. The room we got needed a few flight of stairs to get to the room floors. A bit difficult to carry the big bags up and down (arriving and departing). But it was just a very minor issue.

Shinjuku, Shibuya & Ueno are about 30-35 mins by metro. Staff responded quickly to all questions raised (was having issues with operating the washing cum dryer machine). The pillows are too soft. Mattress is too soft for me.

• February (7/5): Overall was a good stay - The location was close to convenient stores (5 mins walk) and train station (10 mins walk). The unit is equipped with washer/dryer and heater in the bathroom. Clean and well equipped. We stayed in Unit 501 - we did not realised that we needed to walk up a narrow stairs from the main door to the living space. Not recommended for families travelling with young kids or senior citizen, or with big luggage. The elevator could take only 3 persons. The living space is small for a family of 5.

• Hy (10/5): Exceptional - The check-in process was really smooth with 24 hours operators there to provide you with the check-in code upon verification. The apartment was really new and you could do your washing/drying without having to head out. It is also in between 2 stations so there is an ease of getting there. The lift could only fit up to 2 people so it was a minor inconvenience.

We will definitely book here again when we go back to Tokyo. Hopefully they can add drawers for clothes, a small low table for dining in.

• Mierlyana (8/5): Very good - It’s clean and quite big for Tokyo standard. It has small kitchen with utensil that we can use. Can’t get an early check in. We only asked for 2 hours early check in. Luckily, the cleaning lady said that we could get it at 2 PM. I was bringing my 75-years-old parents, so it helped a lot, especially our flight was at midnight the night before.

• Michael (10/5): A clean, cozy, well located apartment. - The layout, design, coziness, cleanliness, and location were excellent. We spent a week here as a family of five and the kids - 16, 8, 5 - spent the night in one room and my wife and in the tatami room on the floor mattresses, which we found quite comfortable. Wifi was fast, outlets were plentiful, and the house manual made perfect sense. The apartment is really well laid out - in the morning I would open the window, sit on the couch, and work while waiting for the rest of the family to wake up. Despite how many of us there were, the layout never felt cramped. The hot tub is luxurious, and a wonderful place to unwind after a day exploring Tokyo. The neighborhood is very quiet, but very conveniently located - the subway station is less than a five minute walk away and a JR train station maybe 10 minutes away. We took the subway to other locations every day, and it was rarely crowded going into town, which also made it easy and nice. There is a convenience store on the corner we purchased quick food from, and, in general, it was an easy, fun, perfect place to stay in Tokyo. Nothing. Great stay.

Great value for the money. you can do your laundry there as well. Super clean. Easy system for checking in and out. Highly recommended.
