• Bivolaru (9/5): Merita sa incercati experienta Crown Plaza Old Town Istanbul ! - Pozitia hotelului , curatenia , toata ambianta din hotel , calitatea saltelei de pe pat , a pernelor . Personal placut , incepand de la bell boy pana la receptioneri si cameriste . La receptie ne au facut o upgradare a camerei ceea ce a fost placut ( acelasi lucru s a mai intamplat si cu alte ocazii ). Tot baietii de la intrarea din hotel m au sfatuit ca pot lasa masina parcata chiar vis a vis de hotel pana a doua zi dimineata la 9, fara a plati astfel parcarea ( cu mentiunea ca am ajuns la hotel seara , in jur de 10:00 ). Camerele dinspre strada sunt cam zgomotoase - se aude tramvaiul pana dupa 12:00 noaptea si dimineata foarte devreme .

• Stanislav (7/5): - Удобное расположение. Ланч с 17:00 до 19:00 оказался очень уместным, он был включен в наше проживание. В целом чисто. Отель 5* , но не уютно. У нас был угловой номер, очень шумно, трамвай под окном. Отель явно уставший, многое требует ремонта. SPA зона это вообще подвал с низкими потолками и плесенью на серых стенах. Пришли поплавать, но купаться не стали и сразу ушли. В Стамбуле не просто попасть в хороший отель с удобным расположением, рейтинг и цена не показатель. Проживание терпимое, но второй раз в этот отель не приедем.

• Shabana (10/5): A fantastic stay at a wonderful hotel in the heart of Istanbul - Beautiful hotel which is centrally located in the Old City, Istanbul. Great food and staff were excellent, especially Ozgfnay. The VIP service to the airport was a disaster as the driver tried to charge extra money after we paid.

The noise from tram. I suggest to make the windows double class for better isolation especially for those rooms in the front of the hotel.

The cleanliness is perfect; although the furniture is a bit older, this is not noticeable because it is extremely well-maintained. I believe a hotel of this level should find a much more elegant system, which does not leave guests with a bitter taste due to this "guarantee of distrust." It seems inappropriate for a hotel of such prestige to resort to a gesture that makes you feel bad, as if you are not trustworthy. • Grzegorz (2/5): - Nic. Pan w recepcji był bezczelny. Musieliśmy czekać ponad godzinę na pokój. Dali nam pokój gdzie śmierdziało farba . Nie dało sie wytrzymać. Trwał remont na korytarzu . Uważam ze powinni informować o remontach w hotelu wziął bym to pod uwagę i wybrał inny hotel. Poprosiłem o zmianę pokoju nie było. Pan sie bezczelnie uśmiechnął i powiedział ze nie ma. Bardzo nieładnie. Zmieńcie personel albo dajcie tam jakiegoś poważnego managera bo ten hotel nedzie przynosił wam duzo problemow. Basen leżał yam karaluch 2 dni nikt go nie sprzątał. Ogolnie pomieszczenie nie ma odpowiedniej wentylacji i jest mocno zagrzybione . Nie polecam . Negatyw jest za tego pana w recepcji i za jego bezczelny uśmiech. Poprosiłem o cokolwiek za to czekanie i ten smród. Niestety bez skutecznie .moja prośba została wyśmiana. Sniadanie średnie. Daleko do miasta .500 m . W centrum jest duzo lepszych i tańszych hoteli . nie polecam tego miejsca Wszystko. Nie polecam !!! OMIJAJ TEN HOTEL
• Susan (9/5): Highly Recommended - The hotel is in a fabulous location just round the corner from the stop for the T1 Tram which is the most important tram to see all the attractions Breakfast was very good with a really wide range of choice including yogurt with chia seeds and overnight oats which I really appreciated. Everything else you would want from breads, pastries, cheeses, fruits, cold cuts, salad , soup, egg station etc etc I had an internal room so no view but this wasn’t important as I wasn’t there to sit in my room. This did mean that it was very quiet and do I slept very well Plenty of helpful staff around all the time I don’t like showers over the bath. Also only a small shower head that you had to hold to get water over yourself. I understand that it’s an old hotel and it will take time to replace all the baths with modern walk in showers but in the meantime there should be a rain forest shower head to give a better showering experience

• Brian (9/5): A lovely bed, breakfast and dinner experience. - We had a lovely room overlooking a busy street which was fun to watch and it was quiet after 11pm. The breakfast and dinner were very good. The staff were very obliging. The trams were often so tighyly packed that they were unusable though this is not a criticism of the hotel.

• Ciprian (10/5): excellent séjour, super hôtel, super ville, super dépaysant. - Excellent emplacement, proche de tout. La chambre grande, très propre, calme (surtout si vous êtes sur cour). Le personnel est particulièrement sympa, très attentif à vos besoins, sans être trop intrusif non plus. J'ai apprécié surtout Ozge, Zumru , Habibe et Noel. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

• Dr Kashif (10/5): Excellent Stay with Outstanding Hospitality - Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul Old City was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself combines historical charm with modern comfort, and everything from the rooms to the facilities was maintained to a very high standard. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a day exploring the city. What really made my stay exceptional, however, was the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely valued as a guest. The reception team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and were always available to assist with any requests. A special mention must go to Mr. Murrat and Mr. Kadir, whose professionalism and kindness truly stood out. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. Their willingness to listen, understand our requirements, and ensure everything was fulfilled made a big difference in our overall experience. It’s rare to come across such dedicated customer service, and they are a real asset to the hotel. Throughout the stay, any needs or requests were handled efficiently and with great care. The team clearly prioritizes guest satisfaction, and this is reflected in the consistently positive service noted by many visitors, who often describe the staff as warm, friendly, and attentive . Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The combination of excellent accommodation, supportive staff, and genuine hospitality ensures a memorable and comfortable stay. • Luke (10/5): - Egeman the receptionist was a fantastic host who welcomed us warmly. Rooms were excellent and the bar was so comfortable. Breakfast is amazing too. Close to all the major tourist spots. Walking distance from the Bazar, Blue Mousq and Hagia Sofia. Would stay here again.

• Chris (8/5): - The staff are lovely and very helpful. The location is great and you can walk to major attractions. The room was a bit noisy. I don't know if it's the same in all the rooms but mine was adjoined to another room by a (locked) door which means you can hear people next door talking. Also, noise from the street was quite loud until late evening but then quietened down. The rooms are in definite need of soundproofing.

• Kiri (10/5): Wonderful stay - We highly recommend staying here. Great location close to everything, tram stop right outside and everything was an easy close walk. Excellent breakfast, amazing coffee at the cafe on site. Our room was very comfortable and large size, very comfortable bed and pillows. Many thanks to Murat, Nikita and Kadir Jr for making our stay so wonderful and welcoming and actually all the staff were just so lovely and really did make our stay very special. Many thanks. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Lovely atmosphere in the beautiful lobby where we loved having a drink or a coffee in the afternoon. Our son enjoyed the cosy pool many times. And the location is perfect. Zumos del desayuno muy malos, moscardón (sin exagerar) en la bandeja de los zumos, gato paseando por el lobby y sobre sus sofás. Todos los sofás y sillas con manchas…. Una vieja gloria si es que llegó a serlo algún día
