• Heather (9/5): My first stay - The room was spacious clean nice shower room. Good shared kitchen. Nice garden space. Very quiet, bed was comfortable. Would stay again. It was all good the only thing maybe a bath mat as floor was slippery. There was no coffee or tea but that fine for me. Garden could do with a tidy up apart from that very nice

На фото все выглядит намного симпатичнее, чем реально есть. Слышимость 100%. Замок в наш номер видно был выломан ранее и держался на надежде. Но самое неприятное, что, видно, забыли подготовить ванную комнату, и по приезду мы ее мыли и выкидывали мусор. Персонала на месте нет. Wi-Fi нет.

• Carolina (3/5): Nice location but room dirty and kitchen in a really bad state. - The neighbourhood and the easy access to the city centre The room was dirty. The toilet had pee stains and the shower wasn't clean. There was a kitchen spray cleaner under the toilet sink. Bins did not have bags. I found some hairs on the bedsheets. The kitchen area was really dirty, with no coffee, tea... There was a toilet roll on the kitchen counter and the door handles were really dirty, sticky and not nice. The blind in the bedroom was dirty and did not open properly, it fell down. The walls had stains of god knows what.

• Claire (4/5): Very disappointed will this stay - It was in a good location and found parking near by! There was a small bin full of rubbish, the towels were chucked on the towel rail in the bathroom so unsure if was clean, the shower head was on the floor of the shower! When I pulled the cover back there was hairs and marks on the sheet, the room had a lot of dust hanging and the carpet didn’t look to clean either!

Stanze con arredamento confortevole e gradevole, spazi comuni attrezzati e fruibili, wifi con buona connessione. Facile accesso, chiare indicazioni e modalità di check in e check out. Non abbiamo incontrato il personale, ma le risposte sono state sempre chiare e tempestive.

• monteiro (3/5): On a passé 4 jours à Londres et l'hébergement nous a empêche de vivre notre séjour pleinement ! - La situation géographique, dans un quartier sympas avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité et le métro à 800 mètre. La propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain laisse à désiré même après une demande de repasse, perturbation nocturne car visiteurs indésirable qui tente d'entrée dans l'établissement. Difficile de se reposer quand on se sent en insécurité...
• Vivien (7/5): Great for short stays - This accommodation is ideal for short visits, with the tube station conveniently located near the apartment. The surrounding area is pleasant, offering a variety of shops, pubs, and restaurants. Wi-Fi access was provided, and for the price, having a private bathroom was a significant advantage. Electric kettle was provided. The shower was a bit tricky to figure out and didn't drain well. We found some random long hairs on the bed that weren't ours. Plus, both mattresses had dents, which made them a bit uncomfortable.

• Ruxandra (3/5): Small and cold - It is situated near the metro and a bus station. Plenty of grocery stores very affordable, a KFC and a Subway. The neighbourhood is nice and safe. The heating wasn’t working. At all. The host provided a small radiator, but we didn’t have the courage to leave it plugged in during the night, because it didn’t look like the safest option, so we slept in the cold. We told the host about our problem as soon as we arrived, but we’ve never got an answer. Also, there wasn’t a lot of hot water. Giving the fact that we stayed in late November-beginning of December, I think it’s bare minimum to have heating and hot water. The room is modern, but not a lot of effort in cleaning it.

• Julie (6/5): Easy access, great location, clean and comfortable stay. - Location was excellent five minutes walk from tube station. Comfy clean bed, clothes rail, plenty of sockets and a hair dryer too. There was a working kettle, cups and saucers and glasses. Washing up liquid and a scrubby. Clean bath towels. Excellent value for money. The shower door was broken and a shower curtain hung to try and negate the broken door. The shower tray had some mould and cracks in the seals. Also there was some very old, used bars of soap on the soap dish in the shower, along with a lot of previous occupants showering stuff. This is literally the only thing I can find fault with. You can't make the venue responsible for other occupants being very noisy or a car alarm going off outside for a good length of time!
• Katie (2/5): It was so filthy we left early and shower again at home. - The price and location were good. But the street was very noisy throughout the night. The building was very dirty and smelt bad, including of cigarette smoke. The house front and bedroom doors were somewhat lose so every time someone came in and out by using the code pad they made a colossal noise with each key entry. The rooms were dirty, with stained linen, marks on the wall and floor. The bathroom was especially filthy, the shower head holder broken, the shower flooded from the shear amount of hair and gunk in the shower drain. There was no soap or any toiletries provided, but an old used and covered in hair soap bar was in the filthy shower. There was only one cheap toilet roll, no spares. One of the other visitors said their shower had no hot water and the host had promised hours ago to come fix it but hadn't and was dodging their calls. There were evidence of mushrooms beginning to grow in the shower. We felt so dirty using the facilities we showered again when we got home. The bed left both my husband and myself with a bad back the next day. The hall and kitchen felicities were equally filthy. Overall it reminded us both of the disgusting student accommodations we toured, but never rented when looking for housing. Would not recommend or go back.
• Michael (7/5): - Convenient for our daughter’s. It saved her from having to bounce her eldest out of her room so we could stay. We arrived at 11.00pm to find a couple of problems: someone had left the roof lights open and it was raining so the floor was wet and the hot tap on the bath did not work. It was too late to do anything about it that night but both issues were resolved the next day. In an imperfect world it is not always the absence of problems but how they are dealt with that is important. Simply furnished but clean and comfortable.

Extractor fan and radiator in bathroom didn't work. Blind in bedroom was broken. Very noisy comings and goings at all hours from other rooms. The reality of the room did not match the online photographs.

• Viola (4/5): - Posizione buona e comoda, la fermata della metro di Leytonstone è a 600 metri. La zona è carina e nei dintorni c’è tutto il necessario. La pulizia del posto (soprattutto la cucina in comune a disposizione delle stanze) e delle camere non delle migliori, anzi, il riscaldamento praticamente inesistente (l’unica fortuna è stata avere il phon con cui ci siamo scaldati), l’acqua calda che andava e veniva da sola e l’assenza di qualcuno sul posto che possa essere di supporto in caso di bisogno (unico contatto con chi affitta le camere è tramite whatsapp).

• Sarah (5/5): - L’emplacement aide beaucoup pour se déplacer à Londres, il est dans un quartier assez bien fréquenté et calme donc nous pouvions rentrer la nuit à 2 assez sereinement. A 5min de la gare à pied. Les draps/coussins n’ont pas été changé après le départ des anciens locataires. Les lits ont juste été fait par la femme de ménage, et les serviettes ont été changé. Honnêtement, ça manque de propreté, que ce soit les murs, la salle de bain ( très très petite d’ailleurs), les draps.

• Cristian (7/5): Londra è stupenda ma non più a portata di un Italiano medio - Il check-in è possibile farlo a distanza e entrare nelle camere con dei codici. Leytonston è un bel positicino, pieno di servizi. La metro è facilmente raggiungibile, e la stazione è a due fermate da Stratford dove arrivano i bus dall'aeroporto di Stansted. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la caldaia, ho dovuto mettere in pressione il circuito dei caloriferi e resettarla più volte prima di poter fare la doccia. Scrivendo alla struttura non ho avuto risposta.

Camera pulita e confortevole, calda e accogliente tutto ristrutturato e pulizia abbastanza buona. Abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua calda ma tramite un messaggio al proprietario é stato tutto risolto in pochi secondi. Davvero gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Consiglio per il rapporto qualità prezzo!
