• Troy (3/5): Don't rent - It was clean The bed was a four inch , hard foam mattress , very uncomfortable. .You're only given 2 pillows. Both of them went flat as soon as you laid on them. So that it was like sleeping without a pillow. There is a one inch lip in the floor between the main room and bathroom, which caused my wife to stub her tow twice in the middle of the night and it could also cause you to cut your food. Very dangerous. The light in the main room was so dim that it was hard to see anything. There was no heater or air conditioner in the apartment.Only a freestanding fan heater combo. Which did not do anything. The apartment was very hot and we were unable to control any kind of temperature in it. There was no soap or shampoo. They left us with with only a 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The TV only sits 18 inches off the floor so when you're in bed, it's very hard to see without proping yourself up, which is hard to do without any pillows. The unit was hard to find not very well marked. There are no instructions at all left for the unit or how everything works, or even that that was the only heating unit or how to work it..
• Joseph (5/5): We would not stay here again even if someone else paid for it. - The location, the neighborhood is quiet, the price is quite reasonable, and is just a few steps from public transport and Zuerich’s main train station is very close by. Dimi, the manager, was rarely helpful. There were many problems: Kitchen: The fridge was taped closed (photo) 1 piece was taped to the door where garbage can was, so it wasn't easy to throw away garbage. Dimi wrote that on Sundays nothing could be done; On the dining area walls there are many black marks (photo). The bed area: The large rug needs cleaning; The loud creaking of the bathroom door and the floor in general will wake you up if u use the bathroom during the night. The double bed has 2 mattresses, one hard & one soft. I wrote Dimi to ask if both might be made soft but he wrote “these are set up as provided”. And of course, it was Sunday. The blinds didn't close completely (photo), so, if u need a dark room to sleep, this isn't the place for u. But Dimi wrote "the blinds were not designed to close completely”. Makes sense, right? The apartment is stuffy because only 1 wall has a window, and if u raise the blinds people can look into the room. In hot weather the apartment would be stifling - it was uncomfortable at 70 F (There's no air con). The fan does nothing to help. Dimi wrote regarding our complaints: “Please note that we operate as a self-service accommodation and not a hotel." and also “We would appreciate to have no review, than a bad review.” Therefore, don’t expect help if problems arise. And he doesn't like to face the truth about the place. On the last day we ate in the room. Afterwards, I leaned back in my chair (I didn't lean the whole chair back on its legs) and suddenly the back of the chair fell off and I almost fell back onto a window ledge. Dimi wrote: “I’m sorry to hear that you fell backwards, I really don’t recommend leaning back on any chairs and I’m happy that you are alright. I’m sorry your experience was affected. We would appreciate no review at all.

• Helena (10/5): - Excelente localização, perto dos meios de transporte e também dava para visitar muitos sítios a pé. Apartamento muito limpo e confortável. Anfitrião prestável e responde rapidamente. Pouca flexibilidade no horário check-out.
• Sayeh (9/5): Amazing - Very nice location and easy access and the host was amazing and responsible The partment is so clean just a bit of smell which remains in the apartment due to bad ventilation. This might come from sanitary materials
• Henry (10/5): Central and convenient room close to many trams and ETH E-link bus - It's an apartment, so no breakfast provided but it's short walk to a few nice coffee shops. The interior is a bit plain but has all standard amenities.

• thånell (10/5): - The location is perfect for ETH as well as the city center. A short walk or tram ride gets you everywhere. The apartment feels spacious and light, it's clean, quiet and has the amenities to get you through the days. And a bonus: the host is quick and responsive via email, and phone if urgent. Seriously good value for money! For me it is OK, but you have to like a firm mattress!

• Pol (10/5): - El apartamento está situado a 100 metros de la parada de tranvía Sonneggstraße, por lo que resulta muy conveniente al poder llegar al centro de la ciudad en menos de 10 minutos sin sufrir el bullicio de gente ni ruidos. El paso del tranvía se percibe ligeramente pero no resulta molesto. El apartamento está bien equipado y cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar excepto que no hay aceite (a tener en cuenta para los siguientes huéspedes), y también se dispone de persianas ❤️ No fue posible retrasar ligeramente el check-out al existir otros huéspedes de entrada. La persiana baja completamente, pero existen 2 franjas superiores en donde no cierra y entra un poco de luz al amanecer. Nada grave
